About 30 years racing, and yep, unfortunately, it is part of the humbling experience of racing. No one is immune, but it sure makes the wins feel awesome!

MR. Rep For starters XD wheel or not. They didnt have a race rim to start with. Regardless of brand, race wheels are far different than what your buying at your local tire shop or offroad warehouse type store
I knew something will happen to the wheels, XD series in my opinion are not race wheels.

Yeah, it was my call, and bit us. The XD wheels are fine, but they don't have the extra material to allow us to machine it for XL lug nuts, so we had to run necked down small lugs nuts. They wouldn't hold torque. It was a business/marketing choice, be the small non Trophy Truck team on race wheels (i.e: low man on the totem pole), or the team that wins on street wheels. We have KMC race wheels on the way.
Love that music , that has nothing to do with mexico 🤣 like cuban / salsa puerto lican

I think we can assume he does the same thing he did earlier (1m30s) and he's fine. One of these days, though.
