Spiderman healing is insane tbh. There was one comic where Peter was old and he got shot in the stomach by a burglar in an alley like 10 times and was sent to the hospital. The next morning he was fine, he literally pretended he was still injured to talk to a few fans and jumps out the window and leaves

​@PotatoChips1223 He actually didn't grow his eye back.. he's the chosen Spider-Man, which means whenever the Web Of Life Spider comes to Peter, it's to give him a redemption, which is what happened after Peter killed Morlun. Insomniac could be considered the 2nd chosen, as he's the only Spider-Man to ever go head to head with 616 Peter and land hits. So if 616 was to officially die, Insomniac Peter could be the only Spider-Man to(maybe) take on the mantle as he has proven to be able to do so. 616 is the strongest Spider-Man because he is the first Spider-Man(aka Peter Parker) in the multiverse. There was also a Spider-Man before Peter Parker in a recent comic that straight up violated Peter and Miles. Sorry for the essay😀

While his game counterpart was throwing him around and not listening to anything he had to say. It only stopped when 616 brought up something presonal. But if 616 Spidey fought back, Insomniac would most likely lose, especially since he lost to Superior Spider-Man.

Insomniac's Spider-Man has proven to be able to head to head with 616. 616 doesn't have to try to not still get hit and thrown around. And 616 only beats Insomniac's Spider-Man because he's the first Spider-Man, which imo is bs, but understandable. Insomniac's Spider-Man is the only Spider-Man to keep up in speed and strength, which shows what he's capable of. Hell, Insomniac's Spider-Man could most likely go head to head with Morlun(although I'm pretty sure Morlun died in some spider verse comic run my Silk but I think he's immortal so you'll never know)

Honestly tho, that would be a really sweet lesson on you don’t need any specific material to be greater or something, I bet the 4th game’s next motto is gonna be like “be greater forever”

The curing isn't in the actual games anti venom but it could be shown in the next game to show that Peter has gotten better at controlling the anti venom and unleashing more of its potential but keep in mind that the symbiote was able to revive Peter because its a separate entity whilst the anti venom is one with Peter so if he dies, the anti venom won't do anything because its controlled by Peter's mind.

Yea Peter would need anti venom or some edge even on just a game play standpoint. Like miles has so many abilities compared to Peter. That it's much more fun to use Miles over Peter. But with anti venom he fills up the gap in abilities. So he would need it to stay relevant

​​​​@@blessingrakoma4693 It is not more fun. Anti Vemon gives you rage mode and Peter has 6 different symbiote moves and 4 spider arms moves. So that is 10 abilities. Miles has 8 abilities and the electricity bomb. Which is not as cool or fun as rage mode. Sure Miles also has invisibility but that makes stealth boring and easy. Also in cannon story Peter now has a super healing factor, standard strength is double and the Anti Vemon also isn't weaken by sound so he has no real weakness either. So no Peter more fun.

He's always been the OP one when it comes to everything besides having less abilities than miles. Besides, that eliminates from the whole plot of the story. Peter has been Spider-Man for YEARS upon YEARS and it has been hinted at ever since Spider-Man Miles Morales that he would eventually retire and leave everything to miles. Them heavily nerfing him in Spider-Man 2 is just more hinting at this point so don't be upset if he's more nerfed in Spider-Man 3.

Anti venom doesn’t instantly heal, if we’re going comics wise which is what you did, Peter still has to command the symbiote to heal him because it’s not sentient, say peter is knocked out, he won’t be able to heal because he can’t command his body to heal

Well were assuming this anti venom can cure stuff. Things got changed for this game with venom so it probably got changed for anti venom too.

So now he’s gonna outlive his wife and daughter and grand kids. It’s gonna be a very interesting detail in that Spider-Man cinematic universe.

Venom didn't abandon him, venom left because he couldn't keep him alive anymore due to the body being too ravaged by age, which only further confirms the symbiote doesn't make you immortal. It may increase your life span, but in the end age will inevitably catch up and kill.

He can not age (but I doubt imsomniac ever going to do that) but if you look from comic standpoint, the anti venom should be able to keep you alive forever since it can cure much more things that venom can’t, like very specific cancers/replacing and fixing your body parts.

Insomniac will find some bad writing to mess that up.

In the comics he cant take off the anti venom suit but peter also took off the anti venom mask in tje cutscene where miles got his new suit. Technically he can remove the suit

So funny story, in the comics Peter actually has a negative (?) reaction to the anti venom suit since it cures his irradiated blood cells taking away his spider powers. I remember hearing that anti venom just being around him was enough to have this effect happen automatically but i dont remember the specifics.

Fun fact: Anti-Venom was born in the day Eddie was about to die because of Cancer. Anti-Venom is kind, he heals people with his abilities and he has resistance over Fire and Sound

How ironic… Harry had Venom as a life support suit to cure (or at least stave off) him of his incurable disease, only for Peter to gain a perfected version of it.

which now leaves a huge plot hole for spidey in the next games/dlc. i trust in insomniac tho ima let them cook and ima hope that whatever they do they figure out some really really good way that peter loses the anti venom suit in the next game so it doesn’t interfere with what’s gonna happen

I dont doubt those villans we call the writers would make peter immortal.

The developers clearly didn’t consider this.

I think in the next game, Peter will try to convince Connors to remove a part of the symbiote or use it himself to cure Harry from his coma and disease. Then Norman would refrain from being the Green Goblin, apologize to Spider-Man for his sensitivity and hate on him, and then thank him for saving his son. I would also like if Insomniac gives Norman (if he turns into the green goblin) the Carnage symbiote. Would be cool to see Peter using his anti-venom suit against a supervillain who already has one of the strongest symbiotes. Plus I theorize that if the mini-symbiotes that Venom has created were its children, Carnage would probably be one of them and would attach to Norman.

I hope the anti-venom is also going to be in the next Spider-Man game because I found it really amazing especially with the anti-venom bombs

Extreme fatigue,overexertion and/or malnourishment would probably negate it like at the end of the game where he was hurt, tired and probably hungry from fighting nonstop and the suit and peter didn’t seem to be regenerating at all

Deadpool and antivenom would be crazy

Forgetting that they want to bench or remove Peter entirely either Peter just retires entirely or something emotionally or physically ruins his will to keep doing the job

The suit also makes him weaker because it’s actively trying to heal the spider bite that gave Peter his powers which was radiations so it’s trying to heal it while his power

Peter goes through hell, is probably ready to reunite with his lost loved ones... and the world decides to give him immortality....

It would be funny in the next insomniac Spider-Man if it immediately makes it so that Peter can’t die whenever you switch to him

and surviving the Wave of the Particle Accelerator destroying venom and any symbiote mass while still having the Anti-Venom
