Originally focussed movement, as I already had 7/10 aim (mnk) and only played pubs. But movement takes like a month to master, so I eventually didn’t really need to focus on it anymore. Now I focus on mainly playing ranked and supplementing that with like 1-3 hours of kovaaks a day. Currently 20k masters.

that revenant you killed at 4:35 is the prime example of why aim should come before movement, dude was moving around all flashy but didnt hit you once especially when it was a 2v1 situation you still lived because dude decided to move around a bunch and not help his rampart teammate.

I focus on movement mostly, my aim is pretty good, but I play close quarters a lot, meaning that my movement is important to avoid close-hitting shots

I focus on aim when I shooting and movement when I'm trying not to be shot or just moving around the map. I thought everyone did that

But you can be a good Aimer and a good movement player at the same time when you find the right sens for both and you can do movement on lower sense

good movement can make up for the lack of aim and aim can make up for the lack of movement if you're top level at either but you can also be very good at both in my opinion :)

Placement with aim first and on close range combat movement becomes way more important (but not as hitting your shots)

I usually focus a little bit more on movement but can definitely still hit my shots like how are you supposed to hit an octane stimming crouch spamming while hitting most shots

i changed to alcs a few months back and my movement improved a lot, i definitely get out of near death situations a lot more. my long range aim did suffer at first but my close range one clips became about 3x better, my long range aim is getting there but to be honest if i take my time a bit more it’s definitely worth the patience long range for the close range beams and movement. so ye sort of a mixed bag but since most fights are close range anyway in apex, i’d just switch to whatever helps you beam at close range, new sense will always take time to get used to but it’s worth the switch if you feel like things aren’t working out, helped me anyway

I used to focus on movement but I hit masters when I lowered my sensitivity to as low as possible. I play on a very low ALC.

i personally aim with my movement... if that makes sense. I change my strafe according to my oppenents strafe.

I try to focus on a balance of both aim and movement

Hmm. I would have to say game sense, positionning, movement and then aim. Cuz if you can slide to his back and hit your shots while he can't hit you. For sure it beats going head to head in a coin flip battle.

Aim first i feel like i am in the middle i don't have the best aim not the worst either, and i feel like my movement is better then most people, i would love to get better aim i just don't put as many hours as i want into apex

Movement for me as I mostly like getting into CQB's

I know I should focus on aim, but I focus WAY to hard on movement, spent literal hours in the range practicing movement, and I warm up may aim for like 10mins evey time I get on

If I'm solo I focus on movement a bit more than aim but it I'm on trios or a full stack trio Aim over movement

sens doesnt matter u can have movement on anything 4 or above

your tap-strafe looks like you bound "a" or "d" on your controller but i would recommend just putting "w" on repeat and binding it to your controller, atleast thats how it worked for me and i think imo that if you bind tap strafe like i did , its legit better and easier than mnk. you just look where ever you wanna tapstrafe and hold the button down. good night, sleep tight, love you

I'm sad i can't play this game ... I left at season 12 ... I had a 4 k and so on (I was cracked) then I switched to hitman, and if you don't know hitman has some bad controls (example: in hitman tactical is sprinting) I want to play this game again but I can't I just accidentally throw grenades or ult Laugh you ass of how could I get this bad? Edit : I also forgot to tell ya I can't do ANY movement tricks I forgot everything exept wall bouncing (I knew how to super glide double wall bounce and many more)

movement doesnt kill but it helps alot. imo sum1 with top tier movement and decent aim can be just as good as someone with amazing aim with basic movement (for example guapee vs floating koala)

Aim before movement. I practised my aim first then started learning schmovement. I play on 4:3 Linear just like Koala bean. I may not play super flashy but I superglide and wallbounce a lot and I can do certain zipline movements like super jumps and the quick Interact to get between floors on ziplines. So yes movement is possible on lower sens however its less flashy. I can't tap Strafe because I play on console(just got the closest thing flick strafing and even echo dashing)
