As a f2p, waiting and anticipating is only fun at first, but as the game progresses you realize that you are never going to catch up with the game because a lot of contents and characters required to be competitive require ridiculous amount of crystals or real money. It is a fun challenge to keep up in a way, but it is too daunting and it just becomes exhausting and discouraging as the game progresses. And I disagree that a lack of content is the main problem of the game, I think they are actually doing a great job at it. My main concerns are the rewards and loot you get from these contents are not enough to keep up, AND RNG WHICH IS THE MAIN REASON I REFUSE TO SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME.

The thing with MFF PVP is just like any other mobile farming/collection game, It is nearly impossible to catch up to the PVP meta because of whales (F2P or semi F2P its all the same) you can still enjoy otherworld tho PVE on the other hand, you can and will always catch up to the meta given enough patience because if you play wise and build the right and long term characters that will push your account further you will catch up eventually (it sucks if it might not be your favorite character but tbh all fan favorite characters get a new uniform like once a year) If you just realize how easier it is to obtain T3s, Unlock WBL, craft Cards, get premium characters to T2 compared to back in like 2018-2021 its miles better And if you get that, You'll realize that might also happen with T4s in a few months/years The issue with MFF isnt just characters but mainly the lack of new content because at best the content they give can only be enjoyed in like 4-6 months and then they'll just be repetitive and boring (WBL is a prime example of this)

I feel like their definition of "dynamic" was like the old Story Mode pre-auto where there were environmental hazards like the wind blowing and the blade fans and the moving lasers and the customisable skills on the 3099 skins I really hope Franklin isn't strictly paywall-locked, cos it's currently giving Ultimates loot-box PTSD

The phrasing "instantly obtain" suggests he won't be entirely paywall locked, but progressing him will likely be extremely slow if you don't. I have no issue with slow gradual progress, but locking MULTIPLE progress elements behind a cash only paywall is just BS.

Pay $40 for literally anything else. Go buy food, go buy a game that costs way less than this. Don’t support MFF

The Marvel franchise has a universe of charactersz some with sixty years of lore. Elden whatever is another fantasy clone of no recognition. I'm sure it's well made, but it's a grain of sand in comparison.

Alex, its not just restrictions, the REWARDS ARE VERY IMPORTANT. I would just build the minimum for Abx/ABL if the rewards didn't get better the higher the score, especially the T4 rewards at 12M in ABL. People would climb more in wbl, if the rewards got better the higher you climb. I T3 or Transcend every character cos it guarantees the story mode token so i can exchange them for rewards. REWARDS ARE VERY IMPORTANT!!!

More ways to get T4 mats are definitely needed. The rate they're putting them out compared to how many materials you get daily is ridiculously low.

First Cosmic Core reward gave a CTP of Energy. Second gave me a Conquest. Thank you MFF.

T4 materials in my opinion aren’t as hard to get anymore because if you do world boss legend once then you’ll get 15 percent more t4 material for 24 hours so if you do world boss everyday consistently then you’ll get more t4 materials in general

They should add increase chance percentage for mighty ctp's for WBL, example ctp' chance is .50% only then every clear of WBL increase it but the increase percentage also rises as the stages gets higher. Should be like this, WBL stage 1 increase drop rate by .01% then stage 5 increases it by .02% it increases as the stages goes higher, so clearing Higher stages can be rewarding

i think thats how it works but a better system is, u get points for a ctp drop (1/1000) for stage one (10/1000) for stage 100 so u know if u play kull stage 100 x 100 times u get a ctp (every 20 days) some thing like that make it niche make the requirement like mutant female hero so u have only storm rogue jean so some creative way to reward people for grinding not just drops like for me i believe that a ctp will never drop in WBL (it never did in the 1 year i played) but if it did drop one or two times u like to try

Just recently played midnight Suns and I loved it. Solid 8/10 game for me. Combat was at times boring but the animations were cool. The story/dialogue was a 10/10 though

I feel the problem with content in mff is there is not enough to actually play, the only thing you really play is World Boss, GBR and Alliance Battle, everything else is autoclear, repeat or a oneshot

And ironically that's also what players asking for. They said MFF takes too much time so they asking for some game modes to be instant clear or auto play.

That will only work if 80% of that game mode isn’t dominated by one character, i.e. Luna Snow

i used to play this game all the time and now i log in the game once a month to see if there's actually anything fun to do. there never is...

Marvel's Midnight Suns is actually a super fun game. it's more of a tactical puzzle type game but the moves and cinematics are very fun to watch.

Adding GUARANTEED artifacts drops in WBL has actually brought that missing engagement back. Feeling so well to climbed all WBLs, especially Knull, the last few weeks because I know that he is right around the corner. Also OWB got more juicy with the restrictions, opening up for me - as a more pve oriented player - the opportunity to build cheaper pvp characters (working on transcended/t3 lvl rather than t4)

Part of the fun of this game and why people like shadowland is the ability to try different characters you wouldn’t ordinarily use. Especially the underdog non meta characters. My idea is to open up world boss to unlimited plays and award really cool First Clear awards whenever you clear a stage of a Boss with a character you haven’t used before on that stage and boss. I want to push myself to try to clear Thanos with Wiccan on level 50 and then be incentivized the next day to try level 51 so I can get another First Clear reward. That forces me to tweak the cards, the gear and the character to find the maximum potential and then get super excited when they do get a new uniform because maybe I can go further with them. It allows for everyone to play every character and get invested in every character and create community discussion of how each character could be maximized

Last time I saw some thing like that, it was an expensive update of Eternals introduced by Kim and Cage. After that, never seen Them again.

They should reduce the price of pack of "alternate storyline" With 40$ only 10 will buy, But with 20$ or less at least 100+ people will..... Please Dev's, don't be greedy, be mindful !!!!

A New Epic Quest Is Too Early But I Think The Sinister Six Need Update Like The Lizard For Example, Mff Needs To Know What We Want.

They need to drop the cost right out of the gate. $40 they are insane. A few stages and awakened toon that probably won't be that good or get a uni for years. Not even needed to be honest. This is not a great way to drop this so-called content. I like the idea of the emblem system as long as it's not gambling only to complete. So, I'm not very excited about this update now. It's sad as they are dropping this attached to the fantastic 4 who I was excited about.

As much as I would like to get a game for free, I have neither a PC nor a customer account for "Epic Games". Ah well.

If you want limited play options release a special game mode story that encourages you to level up teams to play that also boosts the team up buffs and team token thing. You would get a special campaign with items you will have more uses for characters and you can get rewards. I'm sure if this goes well it will probably make them do this but the amount of money they are asking is high for a character you can't t4 even I would say if they double the crystals to 2000 and make him strong you can fight that it is a good deal but as far as I have seen it's probably 10 to 15 to high and people will rage and not like it I personally hope they come out with a crystal options because 40 is out of my budget due to inflation.

People will just complain about everything, eh?, "obtain instantly" means that the content is probably not paywall. I'm F2P and have all of the metas lvl 80 or T4. If the game ever gets annoying i'll just stop playing instead of crying

Late to the video was out the whole day partying with my friends but I agree 40 dollars is extremely bad and unnecessary for a piece of content, Netmarble really need to change it to something else, Their greed has risen.

The requirements content seems like a nice idea but like you said, they have a habit of repeating those requirements/ restrictions (I.e. human super hero speed type)- one of the reasons I dislike ABX. Personally, I only build characters that I enjoy outside of the game- creating my own universe/ team ups. That option will have everybody trying to get ahead of the curve for the next update VS allowing people to genuinely build teams that they see fit to get the job done.

I.E. I love anything supernatural (magic users), mythology, mutants are my favorite in the comics, & I love female characters. My teams & character choices are influenced by what I enjoy- YES there are other characters that can clear certain game modes faster but then I’ll be playing just to win VS enjoying seeing the characters I love to build up, try. My top three teams: Hela, Scarlet Witch , & Monica Polaris, Storm, & Rouge Hela, Storm, & Thor

what about you beat a few chapter/bosses, and you get.. say 4-5 pages from a exclusive "paper" series online? every marvel nerd whould throw them selfs on to the game to read that.. just a thought.

Honestly Alex, I don't agree with anything you said regarding the f2p players.. Look I used to be (not to brag but hear me out) a genius f2p player, I literally got to the 24th of vibranium with a lvl 60 no max build Stryfe, and that was around the time of far from home, if you go back to that time you will discover that stryfe was long out of the meta anyways and even if someone used him he was at least lvl 70, that's how much I understood the game... But there are 3 changes that honestly destroyed me specifically and maybe lots of f2p players too, the game has never been demanding you to be lucky, yes it's gonna be much easier but never demanding, guess what they did then, released the crafting system, released T4 with so tight window to get soul of the faltine as long as you don't pay and you know what? I have tons of carbonadium and life seeds comparing to sould soul of the faltine, which you never experienced to be a bottle neck cuz you pay for the game but we don't, which made T4s super hard to get especially with how expensive the ones getting released are and how many of them, they never released 2 T3s at one update and now look what they're doing, and finally the sense of the game is much different when it comes to releasing meta, what you said about waiting for the best character to get released doesn't work anymore because they shift the same meta the next update anyways, at this point there's no point to get any character cuz you know he has a really big chance to be replaced a month after anyways, they didn't do that at the T3 era, when they released a super meta character the character stayed meta for quite some time which is much more satisfying for f2p players... And don't get me even talking about uniforms like luna snow (especially her being my favorite female character in marvel and I'm F2P)

Hear me out, new game mode idea - shadowland stages but with one of the abx/abl restrictions, and it lasts for a month. Players plan their roster build for the next month, offcourse each stage gets more difficult and you have to plan your characters accordingly with rewards worth the effort.

Midnight Suns was fun

This is definitely variety is the spice of life. Rewards are nice but we do also need fresh and engaging content. For my account getting 10 mil in abl with my Luna Snow team. I reached a goal it was amazing. Owb with the restricted characters. It makes you invest and strategize.

Just really hoping this doesn't stay as precedent in MFF...

I think what mobile player lack to understand is that every single mobile game is meant to target your wallet. This practice is being ported to pc too with sp players depending on online servers. I think MFF is an ok grind for midlevels to adv levels account even if your are not a whale. For begginers it may be more overwelming beacause of the low range of clearing stuff, but even then, you get a lot of good check in rewards. I do buy stark stash, but tbh, dont think you need it, last two months I've been stacking gems cause I dont need any unis.

All they're doing is testing the limits on how far the community will continue to spend on the game. The devs are just lazy at this point, maybe recap of the past 6 months or annual update review of how each months update good value or skip, i think you'll see that its just a downwards slide. Please do a cost analysis of updates per year, you'll see the increase on what they've cared about and its not content.

Remember GOW Valhalla was a free DLC

Idk, bro. GBR feels fun because I play it with friends. But otherwise it's only repetitive mode where I play that mode always using T4 and clear it in 2~ minutes.
