I don't know you know about the north people families staying here. Most of the man has minimum 2 wife and more than 6 children. And they know tamilnadu has better living infrastructure when compare to north states. So most of them don't leave to their states. Already they are in major number once their children also grown they will also considered to be an tamilnadu citizens and they are gonna demand hindi in state because that is their mother language and will make religious problems and we know how the union government will treat tamils belief and culture, the union government will start to play their dirty games in tamilnadu by using those people. Second thing is after lot of northIndians doing hard work for very less wage owners doesn't hire tamil people because tamils demand a reasonable wage which they get before.

I also have a same doubt bro, he doesn't even post a small critics about dmk. He didn't speak anything about the pen statue or about the meeting dmk conduct for collect opinion about the pen statue. It all makes me think he is also the toy which played by dmk's money. If he is neutral then he must speak about the mistakes and Crimes done by every party. I agree to your facts to some extent. What about white collar job? Do you think they are getting Job in TN by writing exams? We lost bank job, ssc, railway, post office even some were posted as a TNPSC employee during last ruling party? Don't you feel that something fishy? White collar job is more dominant than the blue collar job.. Those who got white collar job are more dominant in TN.. They are mostly conversing in Hindi to our people.. i personally saw this event.. Personally,I don't like maid culture but when I see Tamil people working as a maid under Hindi family in our state.( I have seen personally). really worried.. What i wanted to say that political parties utilising these situations for their vote politics..and deliberately employing white collara and blue collar employees in our state.

None of these data diminishes the need for following policy changes. 1) need for a state law that has a threshold on native population at any workplace be it private or governmental job. Thus *every company that function inside TN should represent it's people proportionally larger than people from other state or country in i'ts workforce.* This law is like a seat belt in a car...it's not about existence of the problem rather to prevent such a scenario from ever happening. Though i strongly disagree with your statement that this problem does not exist among blue color workforce of TN i can say this because of existence of point 2. 2) slave wage - though those data are relative one should not eliminate the fact that the sole reason why our business people are keen on hiring workforce from other less fortunate states is because of cheaper labor. So it is really imperative that we have a minimum wage law. 3) Establishing better labor law with proper living wage thus eliminating absurd working hrs and lack of job security in most if not all blue collar jobs. Edit: These data are not even needed to validate employment of migration workers in TN. As even without population disparity we cannot always say that a state / country no matter how developed it is can produce all it necessary skilled labor within itself. I will give you a example from my personal experience. There were only two university that offers courses on machine learning in TN few years back when i was looking to join my PG. Not even IIT madras had this course on the other hand Hyderabad and Karnataka had relatively more university that offered this course. I don't know about present situation as i gave up on pursuing my pG but this means industries that rely on machine learning would have employed migration workers from those 2 states as there is a *real demand*. Thus existence of such demand is not the problem here and as such i cannot agree that there doesn't exist depletion of job opportunity due to employment of other state workers beyond what the demand dictates. This is nowhere more true than among blue collar workers due to issues i mentioned above. Nor can anyone guarantee that this situation cannot also happen to white collar workers. *Having a local representation program for TN jobs will not only make sure our labor forces are being employed but also(more importantly) give our workers more power to demand their right as they don't have to be afraid of being replaced by other state workers if management finds such action "unworthy" of their employee. I'm not a minimum wage labor but i'm 100% certain that plenty of replacement happened in blue collar minimum wage jobs because our workers demanded better pay and more humane working hours.*

Dear, there are thousands of Tamilians in Delhi. Just behind where i used to visit there are about 100 families from Pudukottai. In Mumbai there are lakhs of Tamilians, similarly in Pune. Even in steel cities of Bhilai, Roorkee, Rourkela, Bilaspur you will find Tamilians. Ahmedabad Surat are other cities I lived in Kolkata for 4 yrs and i met many Tamilians. And since 1980s. Im from Palakkad and i tell you that we must not create a frightening situation. There are 60 lakh people from Bengal, Assam, Odisha in Kerala. Our malayalees are also in many states so why are we so terified. I lived in Chennai for 3 yrs and i feel la our rates are nominal only because of labour from Jharkhand and Bihar. We will need people at reasonable rates. Will a malayalee or tamilian worknfor 400 a day? Wll you oay 1000 a day when you can save 600. Lets not get paranoid.

Since they came for needs, they should learn tamil then. So far it seems they never done that. I, as a Tamilian fear that my language could be disappeared if they continue the same and ultimately Tamil Nadu would be changed to Hindi Desh.

Three people consuming 1 bottle of alcohol a day are all alcoholics irrespective of their %expenditure on alcohol ...
