Dear Makkah nd Madina is muslims heart and soul there r many good non muslims but their are so many ppl who hate Islam if it is allowed to every non muslim and did something bad their thats v bad becoz these both places are v v v respectful for us and Makkah and Madina their goes millions of Hajis (passengers) even more than a 25 million on hajj its v hard to make security when non muslims are allowed

What do you mean? Start to judge someone by his devotion to god. Can u measure devotion?? We can only say wether someone is muslim or not by his/her believes and only he /she can tell us about his/her believe. We have no other way to see if he /she is muslim or not

By that logic Mathura Ayodhya Haridwar should be declared as areas only for Hindus.. Person of any other religion should become hindu in order to visit these places.

vikranth rana This is an example for a better understanding. This is not only a place where the the non-following relogions are not allowed. You may see this in Nepal, India and many more places. But keeping this thought aside, The relogious reason to it is that Islam views Makkah as a holy place where any good deed or a sin is magnified into 100,000 times. So, there mustnt be any sort of stray. It is also according to the policies of the K.S.A.

On Army Day everyone can visit cantonment zone but with few restrictions. Cantonment zones are there for security purpose. It protects all citizens irrespective of religions. Hence, these zones become very important area and also there are nothing related to faith or entertainment inside these areas which should be demonstrated to everyone always. However, on a specific day anybody can visit these areas. Mecca should not have been compared with these areas, because- 1. Mecca does not ensure protection to all people. 2. Mecca has no such confidential, the disclose of which could bring threat to the security of all people. 3. Mecca is a place of faith and Godly experience. 4. Quran does not tell to ban other religions from entering Mecca.

Every person, regardless of religion, is allowed inside temples, gurudwaras, monastries, churches, regardless of whether you pray or not. And many such sites are there for letting people merely visit. Why does the mecca mosque get to be exclusive?

Saudi government cancels more than 70 % of Hajj applications of Muslims each year . They don't have management and space for all applications of Muslims for their most important pilgrimage of life ,how can they menage it for non muslims .

In India even puri jagannath temple does not allow non hindus inside and foreigners bcz temples are considered as a place of worship not a tourist place. Another example would be in kathmandu. A non Muslim can visit any other mosque but Mecca has certain rules even for muslims.

I really liked when he said that if you want to go to Makkah you ONLY have to say LAHILAHAILALLAH

how on earth this is a convincing answer ?... Even when Mohammad (SM) became victorious and returned to Mecca as its sole ruler and nobody had any say against his rulership there were non muslim present there in Mecca....and they were offered forgiveness by Mohammad (SM) himself even though in the past they have tried to murder him several times and did murder his family members ....in fact they were given protection with the tribute of "Zizya"....now days it can be explained as a Saudi diplomacy nothing more than that..Cause come on its already hell of a legal paper work for only muslim to visit there every year at a time..the main Hajj requires only three days of prayer,tawaf,running from safwa to marwa and so on .....but it takes about one month for all people who are supposed to perform the hajj that year to come serially and one month to go serially back to their mother land(at least i have seen this period of required time in my family) .... So its diplomatic and practical decision . And also it should be noted that even for muslims its not that easy to go and perform the hajj even after if you pay the KSA government full money on advance...if you are lucky enough your serial will come on time . So they cant deprive a muslim who has obligation to perform hajj than to let you roam around ... But omrah case is different .But still that have rush too....
