140+ doesn't always mean great.. Line and length and accuracy and variation make the bowler successful. McGrath 136-138km average Bhuwaneswor kumar swing bowler. Chavinda vas from srilanka. Wasim akram in his mid age.. So out swing,in swing,slow ball,bouncer,line,length ,accuracy yorker,etc .these what makes the bowler successful.

It,s a rare case where we got that exceptional bowlers with great control of swing so first goal should be to increase pace of at least 140 kmh so after that if you ever feel out of rhythm your pace would be still reasonable with control .but if you don’t go for pace then it’s a rare case to success

@@M.HarrisZia786 check in IPL; which fast bowler is successful?? During practice they do with machines which throw any speed. Check any bowlers who got variations are successful not by pace. Nowadays pace makes batsmen easy to hit, just they have to time the ball. If line and length is not good even shoaib Akhtar's ball is out of the boundary my friend. But check Glen McGrath Who is very accurate with his variations is more successful than other pacers.

I promise all of nepali cricket fan i will be the fast boller of nepal now i am 14 year amd i started my fast bolling practice

One advise ,take some of bowlers from india , because india has lots of players ,and they have great talent,look at america how they carried indian players ,just pic bowlers and nepali batters,it will definitely help you a lot ,

@@suspicious9061 obviously yas your players is yours ,I am not asking about permanent rekeupment just to give a proper stand to the team ,and if you wanna high speed bowlers from Nepal you need some talent to pic from outside ,so your batsman can practice as per compitition,

these days having fast bowler is not important , its good line and length and abilty read the pitch and batsman is essential to win the match..Glenn Mcgrath has the best striking rate and economy as well and he used to bowl averaging 133km per hour another fine example was Shaun Pollock who rarely bowled over 130 km and got the best economy and strike rate...learn the game of cricket first ..
