What made me admire and absolutely respect General Ogallo is what his son said about him. And that is, his dad, had for a long time prepared them for such a day. It's the reason I strongly believe why Joel appears to have accepted and equally be at peace with what befell his dad. He [and the rest of the family] had been psychologically readied for it thanks to that exceptional man🫡🫡🫡. When I soldier goes out for a mission, they know it's either they come back alive or dead, period. Therefore it makes perfect sense what General Ogalla did🫡🫡🫡.
