Ek fcu me supply temperature sahi hai and return bhi sahi hai stainer pura clean hai valve proper open hai aur jab fcu start krte hai to return coil heat ho jaata hai fir cooling nhi krta kya problem jo skta hai plz reply

Actuator to saply line par hota ha
FCU actuator is working normal, actuator cartridge is also ok, room thermostat is ok, stariner cleaning, FCU motor is working normal,chiller supply return temperature is also normal CHILLER PLANT CWS 7°C/ CWR 12°C,Chilled water line pressure is normal in building around 2.9br as per design, supply return gate valve is open, by pass valve close, stariner clean, chilled water coil cleaning done , FCU filter also clean but still my FCU not cooling no sweating in chilled water supply line, Please assist.

As per my knowledge air lock in fcu chilled water line, please remove air lock in chilld water line to draining the water and same time note the chilled water supply line temperature it should chilled automatic when proper circulation in chilled water.
Bhai FCU room me cooling nahi ker raha stainer clean kiya hoon ab kya ker na hoga actuator bhi chang ketna padega kya
