    If I were Tom (I'm not sure how wealthy he really is) I would have kept all the ones that he got to sell on his own site, that he likely paid cost for in a warehouse somewhere, and then sold them at cost in a couple years. That would be a big FU to the collectors and price gougers.

    Basically all sneakers are resoleable. While I appreciate big companies pushing repairability as a feature, there is nothing stopping people from having their cobbler put a fresh sole on their converse,vans,yeezys, keds, dunks, rick owens,etc. What would actually be cool is if they started providing original soles for use in repair. A lot of sneakerheads especially want to keep their shoes looking as original as possible, and providing the original materials could go a long way to encouraging resoling.

  • @jakej722

    @jakej722

  • @TillmansFX

    @@jakej722 Yeah absolutely! But there are plenty of sneakers that people pay way more for, whether its retail or resale, and I think it would be a more effective sustainability initiative to offer original materials for resoling than it is to make a one-off that isn't any more resolable than your average sneaker. Just my $0.02 though.

    Could you cut open a SBD power lifting belt it’s a belt that’s highly loved for it’s leather quality in the weight lifting community and I feel like a lot of people would love to see the quality and what the inside of the belt may look like and what the quality is really like

    After Googling I see there is a rare brown color way of this shoe! That looks way better imo. It's like a "hiking shoe" 🤤 Welp, here's another addition to my wishlist. 💸

    Can you do a resole video of these? Maybe a lug sole or something weird? Thanks!

    Vibram makes soles for shoes like these, I've heard the 1443 zegama is pretty good

    I also own a pair but let me just say these soles are not soft but I enjoy beating on them. I honestly really love that they got a second batch released at kohls hurting the possibility for resellers netting some type of profit. Hopefully that meant more people got them to enjoy the shoe!

    I have a pair of the Studio Colorway. I love them. And I agree with pretty much everything that you said about these shoes.. The only thing that I would change about these shoes is the heel area. I would prefer a heal more like on the Nike Internationalist, or the Waffle One's. A heel that really locks your heel in, one that doesn't give you the heel slippage that these shoes do...

    Dear Rose, will you consider cutting a mountain boots in half? Like AKU or Lowa?
