It's not lazy. It's inflexible. Too much rules holding them back from pursuing their true potential in earning income. Is it wrong? Definitely not. Way of life could be more important than money to some people. You live with your choice.

But unfortunately, the common people in certain religion or culture are just not suited for making money in the modern globalized world (if we put aside natural resources afforded by the priveleged ones). As mentioned, it ultimately depends on what the person wants: way of life or money. No one has the right to say which is wrong. But what I can't tolerate is people wanting the best of both worlds and then pushing the blame on a weak mortal for their own chosen "misery".

This is the question that should be directed to Mahathir. He is the longest serving PM in this country and if today still most Malays are poor then the Malays should be questioning him.

I was going to give this video a Like until 01:33 when one specific ethnic group was singled out. Really, if the good Dr. K cannot see past the superficial and held everyone equally as accountable for the situation, then we are still at the "child stage" of the solution. * Child stage refers to Stage 2-4 of [Kegan 1994]'s Model of Adult Development. We need Stage 5 (at least where we are capable of putting aside our identities) before we can start talking about the solution; we can start donating wood for construction of the solution. Else, we are just donating wood into the fire.

My personal opinion, malays are too comfortable with their privileges. You can see this, the Malays are the ones who mostly says that studies are not important, or saying that working as grab/foodpanda can earn a lot of money and so on. In other races household, mostly the parents will push the kid to attain at least a degree as they know there are no other better choice for the kids other than getting a degree and getting a job based on the degree. Easy to say, its in the mindset of the malay that they have the choice to fail and they dont worry due to the privileges that they have

I think the authorities should take this posting very seriously & initiate an immediate investigation on some of the statements & allegations made. compared to most Chinese and most Indian families , Malays have larger families therefore logically they will spend more, true or not? Most Malays have pensions as most are civil servants so they are also well taken care of when they retire. Dr M always harped that Chinese are rich but based on a few cronies that he take care of? there are now so many poor Chinese in Malaysia esp the aged ones as most of their children had migrated leaving them behind. worst is when the so called "islamic" leader generalized that nons are the ones promoting corruptions and no action taken as this is clearly sedition as he keeps repeating the accusations.

I have seen world over that if there is no competition, the society becomes stagnant. It brings hopelessness and finally migration of its people. Always the rich and the capable leave the country. The poor stays back. Good luck to malaysia. It needs to rethink its affirmative actions and religious protections (to start thinking scientifically) if it wants to move up as developed country, if not it will remain as a middle income country.

I know the numbers are not outliers but collected the entire 60 years of independence. And if Rakyat still refuse to change & believe in lies, then downhill path can only continue more rapidly.

This is a pretty norm issue in every country. Put aside all the politics issue. Of course when the Malays are the majority in own country, definitely there will be some rich, some poor. It's just the same in India. The poorest population there is the Indians. So what's the issue? It's normal anywhere in the world when that race is the majority. To make human progress education is key but not by lowering the passing marks. We spend thousands for graduate but working life earn less than RM2000 and worst the receive 'handout' from government. I agree. Majority Malays are not well verse in English. They can speak basic english but when it comes to argumentative point, they will not pay a single attention to what was being said.

This is first time i watched your video and i appreciated it. I am a Russian and Korean literate in addition to English. To label me as a socialist or communist is not true at all. Russia is now an orthodox christian country with a significant muslim population. There is a lot to be learnt from Russia and Koreas ( DPRK aka North Korea and ROK aka South Korea) Soviet Union and communists are long gone in 1991 after collapsed of Berlin wall in Germany. Enough about history. I have been observing this country being "looted" silently by its wealth by it's former and current leaders, ministers and politicians yet overwhelming majority is silent on this. Even my family, close and extended, except my Filipino wife, opposed me when i said the truth. They cannot handle the truth. So i bought a farm lot in oversea to retire there and embark on my own food safety policy. I have many resources and revoutionary ideas not known to many malays or malaysians. In near future as early as 2024 - 2025, global drought that result in severe food shortages due to crop failure (due to global climatic change)may likely start to happen here. It already happening in Africa and America. My truth reporters circle from all over the world has been feeding me with true insider reports about almost anything from war , politics , finance & banking , climatic disaster. Clayton Morris, Colonel Douglas McGregor, George Galloway to name a few. I am well informed. Malays generally do not care about these very issues potentially affecting our country next. They are busy fighting and degrading among themselves. Their PHD Perasaan Hasad Dengki and "fitnah" is overwhelming. I learn from tasauf (sufi) an Islamic discipline to clean my heart from PHD, jealousy, "fitnah" , gossiping, little talk. I also am well informed about worldly issues from technology to climatic change to history to sociology. Anything that interests me i will watch and read. I am not surprised at all my comment may attract basher from a fellow jealous malay because those cannot accept a thinking malay who dare to speak up the truth. I am not surprised at all they attack me as unmalay and unislamic. These attitude may lead this country into a failed state though i hope not. I don't care. I am successful yet very low profile often posing as poor homeless to test who is my real friends and who is not 😉 Many failing my test. Very few pass and be my lifelong friends 😉

Glad you like it but the truth must be told no matter what. If this helps people to think that I have done what I set out to do. I agree the whole planet has been raped by greedy men. Now our children will have to pay. Does not matter what color or rave you are.
