Why MK can’t sabotage Parliament, CR has made a “credibility comeback”

Electoral system expert Dr. Michael Louis, who is also the founder of The Independent Candidates Association, tells BizNews viewers why a constitutional provision will prevent former President Jacob Zuma’s MK party from sabotaging Parliament. “I think that any boycott plans and things definitely won't work.” He also describes how President Cyril Ramaphosa has won “so much credibility within his last days of this political ambit”. Dr Louis further explains the workings of a Government of National Unity which he hails as “definitely the preferred option”. He also simplifies the complicated process of how the demarcation of seats for the National Assembly gets allocated. He lists the challenges faced by independent candidates in the last election; says the Electoral Act is not constitutional; vows that there will be four ballots in the next election - and that South Africal will have a constituency-based system to “take our power back and nominate our leaders to be more accountable”. - Chris Steyn

Africa also has a good track record, of Western destabilization, so that it can exploit its resources. There is a reason why any functional, sovereign non-Western country, is usually always totalitarian in nature, because this is usually the only way, for it to remain sovereign from Western hands, e.g. Russia, China, Singapore, Iran, Bahrain, UAE, I can go on and on. Any functional rich country that is not totalitarian, is usually under the thumb of the west, E.g. Japan, South Korea, etc. So if you really cared about Africa, you would call out people with your DNA first.

The constitution makes it very difficult for independents to be bought out. No more walking across the floor for a better deal.Imagine an independent creating a majority by one or a bunch of them getting together for a better payday. A half a dozen seats for a couple of million for billions. The guys that put the constitution together were pretty sharp. At regional level it could make a majority but parliament would have oversight. This is one of the reasons Ole zoom zoom wants to change the constitution. Just saying .

That cannot be correct, if they constitute it, their parliament will be viewed as illegitimate by millions of people. You must talk to people on the ground, many don't recognise the current results, justifiably so.

An outstanding interview Chris. You excelled! Michael Louis is a very special person. So lovely to see him trying so hard to bring about a fair result for independents. He had so many good points. I learnt so much. Michael is a good ambassador for SA. In his earlier days he was a champion for the ACDP, the leader of the Western Cape Province. He resigned when the party could not apply strict discipline to those that broke the party line. It was so sad. A man of the utmost integrity. I long to see him make a come back to politics. He is a true statesman. We need more leaders like him for SA!

That's NOT the reason, black South Africa knows EXACTLY how it's treated the citizens of the country... It knows EXACTLY that 15% cannot and should NEVER have to inact socialism for them. They know that there government is holding 80% of all land EVERYWHERE in the SADC region and they 100% know knew and supported Russia China and BRICS looting the country dry! They did all this knowingly and the fo not even regret it, now the Zulus want KZN???? You the hell do you think armed the Zulu in apartheid against MK Zimbabwe? Must 85% of the nation look to less than 10% of it for handouts? The Bantu and Nguni days of fing everyones life up is over, it's only the DA that is stopping progress as Africa doesn't and can never progress whilst blaming others for their own short comings. They owe South Africa trillions and centuries worth of reparations, noone feels sorry for any African after the last 40 years of black communist apartheid rule it's glaringly onvious that they loved apartheid just hated the fact that they could not do we others can! If they didn't hate apartheid they would of dropped it after John Vorster in the 70s and not add another 113 new laws to it! They can a must all f off, they have no way of fixing anything nor the inclination to ever change... Instead of hating whites they should blame Islamic Africa but they remain to racist and stuck in victimhood. Still blaming western powers but refusing to accept how terribly obvious it is that 300 years was not enough for the Bantu Zulu to be civilized. Another 300 won't change them

Zuma probbaly couldnt read the numbers properly " 50 thousand er million or 50 or 5000, no listen carefully! ..we will boycott because we have 500 or so, no listen carefully now- close to 50 or ja you know the amount hehehhe so yes we will boycott " so its absolutely certain if he were to listen to this video he would already be staring eyes glazed the moment the word "numbers" was mentioned - completely lost
