I am okay with making the main face of the game more family friendly. What I do not want is for individual third party non-realms servers to be told they must be family friendly. There's features for parental locking, so they should be utilized. There can exist both family friendly servers and adult servers and one can easily find both. If parental locking exists, then the said account could not connect to adult rated servers. I want Minecraft to be for everybody, truly, not just for kids. There are possibly as many adults playing Minecraft as there are kids. The approach can be that these are third party servers unaffiliated with Mojang or Microsoft, therefore it does not represent their family friendly approach and you are entering at your own risk (Similar to the previous message we had before). If a minecraft splash has been there since its very creation in 2011 and microsoft removes it because of something arbitrary, I think it's stupid. Notch might be a big dumb butthole now but he sure did make a cool thing. And plenty of people over the centuries were assholes and still made cool things.
