@@roser8911 Okay but how does doing something like this give a guy an ego boost? It cannot and it most certainly doesn't. The reason a guy does this has to do with the fact that there are tons of women out there that will cut a guy off if he is too nice and too available, thus a guy has to switch between being a nice guy and a jerk. Then there's the difference in the speed through which emotions are developed, a guy can be instantly attracted to a woman and develop feelings for her but a lot of ladies need time and a high level of familiarity with a guy before they develop feelings for him. Do you think a guy will get that far if he is smothering a lady? No, absolutely not, so what is a guy supposed to do? Be hot and cold, that's the only solution and as sad as it is, there is no alternative because it is a fact of life based on experience.

It’s emotional abuse. I have been burned by a guy who acted this way.

Hmm.. from a female's perspective it sounds like she's either blatantly asking you for your opinion on what you think about this guy because she could be interested in him, or she could be looking for some type of a reaction from you to see how you handle her talking to another guy..especially seeing as how you two flirt. Honestly, if you're flirting with her and she's reciprocating, I think you should go in for the catch and see if she'd want to hang out, keep it casual. What you need to remember is that life is too short, and making the first move can lead to so many possibilities :) I hope this helps!!

Ok but..there's a guy that i've been texting with and he said he wanna talk with me..(not that he likes me)..but as we started to talk more i noticed that he was showing some interests in me so i was happy..BUT then he was like....*blank*.....he started leaving seen on my texts and to ignor whatever i say but at the end of the day he would text me 'hey..how are you..what are you doing?'..and stuff like that..but when i ask him why is he ignoring me he just change the topic..The last time we texted i leaved him on seen and he was mad bc of that and he apologized me for his behavior but when i texted him 'Hey' the next day he AGAIN left a seen.... Sorry but this has nothing to do with a guy not knowing what he wants, as a matter of fact I MYSELF do this and believe me I know fully well what I want but this tendency is entirely based on one thing and ONE thing only: Many ladies do not know what they want.
