Why MBA?
A two word question is going to probably haunt you in the days to come. 'Why MBA' is one of the most important questions when it comes to an MBA interview. You don't need to be an engineer to do an MBA. You could be anyone - a lawyer, a doctor, a CA, or even a Fashion Designing student; as long as you know WHY you want to do an MBA, and why YOU think it is the right move for your career, you can pursue an MBA. Once you have really figured out the WHY; convincing the interview panel is going to be darn easy. In this video, we have four MISB Bocconi students from diverse backgrounds, reminiscing their old days and why they chose to do an MBA. They also found some terrible reasons to do an MBA. Commerce is more relevant for an MBA. The understanding of Finance and Economics is key to performing well in an MBA course and post-MBA. It also brings diversity points during shortlisting. Engineering is not everyone's cup of tea. However, any degree that you pursue will be eligible for doing an MBA.
