Did know u could get Gallstones in ur pancreas .. I had my Gallbladder removed but lately I've been having discomfort on my right side right under my stomach..ER doctor did blood work and ct scan told me nothing was wrong.. My primary doctor sent me for an echo thought it might be a hernia..Nope nothing.. So now I sit at home with a pain the doctors think I made up..

Mayo Clinic has a diamond Reputation since the 1950s. Arguably one of the best Hospitals in the globe.

My brother in law works as a doctor at mayo clinic and my sister is a pharmacist. Thought it was neat that Mayo Clinic is or was ranked #1 in the nation.

Mayo Clinic is a blessing from God. After the three tornadoes in 1883, the sisters of St. Francis were able to come up with enough money to build St. Mary’s Hospital. Dr. Mayo didn’t believe they could do it, but they did. The sons of Dr. Mayo, the Mayo brothers, worked as staff doctors and surgeons. They hired Henry Plummer, who was both an engineer and a medical doctor. Plummer designed patient-centered care, the medical care that we know to be modern medicine today. He created modern medicine. He knew that each patient was different and needed a different type of care. Thus, medical specialties were born. Doctors specialized in different types of medicine. Patients would meet with doctors that specialized in the types of medicine that corresponded with their illness. Dr. Plummer also designed the Plummer building to be naturally cooled by water. There was a water fountain that was built in the main level of the building, which cooled air entering the building and carried it upwards, through the building to cool it. Forgot to mention the Holy Sisters of St. Francis. They were the nurses of the hospital, and they still volunteer themselves to this day. The Mayo Clinic wouldn’t be here without them. They raised what would would be hundreds of millions of dollars today to build St. Mary’s Hospital. Dr. Mayo didn’t believe they could do it, but they did. There was never a contract, just a handshake and a lot of faith.

It's the way all hospitals should work! It's the people and tradition.

We have been living here for 5+ years!!

My wife and I have been there 22 times - including 3 major open abdominal surgeries for a rare cancer. Every visit except has been perfect. Some of the rooms at Methodist Hospital are terrible - small, old fashioned. I think this may be addressed through new construction??

I agree the rooms at Methodist are old-fashioned! We recently got a chance to stay there when we welcomed our second child and definitely got to experience it from a patient's perspective. It had everything we needed though!

Mayo Clinic hospital maybe; never been there. But been to the Arizona campus and I was not impressed at all. Perhaps the high ranked hospital is the Minnesota location.

Call your doctor to start the process. You have to bring all your medical info. Then, you will probably need to talk to your embassy about getting a visa. They can help you with what you need. If you want the best, it’s the Mayo Clinic then you can call for an appointment.

If you got more than a million dollars I bet you can go to Mayo Clinic my doctor tried to get me I into the Mayo Clinic because I have a series of rare diseases and they gave me an estimate of $15,000 for a 30 minute visit they wouldn’t even review my medical records without paying $15,0000 dollars. So I have to go see every other doctor I can’t afford to be able to maybe get into the Mayo Clinic . I think that pretty terrible of Mayo Clinic to risk patients life like mine because I can’t afford to pay for treatment worth a million dollars.

Unfortunately, too many famous and loved people are leaving this world too early and unexpectedly, in most movies we watch doctors apply an electroshock plus an oldschool extremely vigorous pushing to their chest /an area close to heart, lungs, stomach/ in a good /but never doubted technica/ and attempt for revival. We think, a better method may be to try with a Reasonably Strong Electronic Muscle Stimulator in the Area of the QUAD muscles, CALVES or a a differrent but correspondent to year 2023 modern treatment. Do not heasitate to share this. EVEN IF YOU SAVE ONE HUMAN LIFE, WOULD BE WORTH !

I have lived in rochester all my life. Drove many doctor's. A shame mayo has forced a failed inoculation that kills healthy people on to its staff. Last week, a 21 year old coworker died of a blood clot. And yes, she took the experiment. I know of more, but won't get into it. Respect for you, but you are going to start seeing thousands of auto immune diseases, and deaths. Prepare your soul for what's coming! Covid was nothing in comparison. Watching healthy youth pass will hit you hard. Thank you for devoting your life to help others.
