When u put a medication patch on a area and remove it how long before you can put it back in the same spot

Most patches are lidocaine patches. Remember MAP covers oral meds and your nurse would have had to train you on other medication routes. Do not do it without the training. Most lidocaine patches are 12 hours on and 12 hours off. The good news is the instructions should be specific on the doctors orders. If they are missing tell the nurse or house manager to inform the doctor and provide you with all of the information needed.
