I started reading the book after the first movie and couldn’t get through it but your review of the second book made me want to try again just so I can get to the second installment 😭😂

Listen, I still have yet to read book 3 because of Lara Jean’s choices. Also I was also angry when Peter asked for the necklace back. I was done with him after that lol and so pissed when they changed that in the movie.

I hear you! I'm now on the third book of The Summer I Turned Pretty. Compared to Conrad, Peter was a walk in the park. I'm so done!

@@CherieLampley Same! Be prepared to throw the books across the room over and over again! I honestly spend most of the time rolling my eyes whenever Conrad shows up in a scene (which is A LOT). Also, in book three, Taylor becomes my favorite character. I didn't expect that to happen. 🤣

If I were Laura Jean I would take back movie Peter, I would not take back book peter. In the book the boy spent so much time with Gen that it was really irritating but he would get mad when LJ was with john ambrose?
