Pregabalin doesn't control disc degeneration. It controls neuropathic component of pain.
Hi sir ,miku problem MRI REPORT pedthunna sir solution anti sir dhiniki Isolated lysis of parsinterarticularis of L5. Straightening of lumbar spine noted - Probably Secondary to spasm. Lumbar spondylosis. Loss of posterior concavity of L3-L4 disc with no significant bulge. Small asymmetric degenerative disc bulge at L4-L5 level indenting thecal sac causing very mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing (Left > Right). Diffuse degenerative disc bulge with posterior annular tear at L5-S1 level indenting adjacent nerve roots causing spinal canal and bilateral neural foraminal narrowing.
