2:27 I believe the reason why the Sword of Logos never interacted in the past Kamen Rider battles is because of that tragedy occurred 15 years before Saber series. Most of the swordsmen died or was unavailable in Daishinji's case. Buster was still around but focused on training Rintaro and Kento in the manga, while Touma still didn't get his powers yet.

@@AlonzoTompkins You have to remember, they are a global organization, they could have been dealing with international threats until the tragedy occurred. (Which probably occurred due to their main priority being Megid.) They have also had many different Masters of Logos, so it could have also been different philosophies and Modis Operandi.

Jokes aside, like the comment before me mentioned, it's possible that under different Master Logos, the Sword of Logos might have operated differently, only to take action if other monsters are in contact with the Megid or have a negative effect towards the Wonder World or the World Book or the swordsmen themselves would prioritize in defending both of their bases.

@EXP NewLight Shocker, and the organizations that followed, and the Crisis Empire, were all over the Earth causing mass destruction or implanting themselves in the governments of the world. (Original manga by Ishinomori mentions that Shocker did this) So they had no excuse to not get involved against them. (Not counting real life reasons of course) Especially with Crisis though. That was a full on planetary invasion that likely saw millions dead.

Wish it was the trio of Zero-one, Saber, and Revice. Would have cemented them as the rewia trinity.

I love how the clone Rider system was foreshadowed in Revice's opening where we see Ichigo,Kuuga and I think? Black inside of the same chambers the clone Rider's are in

The Showa fanboy in me was ecstatic seeing that entire Ichigo VS Shocker flashback scene. Seeing that old season given a modern-day special effects touch for even just a moment was so much fun.

This really was a beautiful movie and while it wasn't perfect, im glad it was made this way. The ending just made me cry, and made me think about what my own father would do for me. Promise is just an amazing song and it deserves so much praise.

With all its drawbacks, my favourite part of Revice, is Vice breaking the fourth wall. When Ikki asking who he’s talking to, I am like, ‘wait, he’s been doing this the whole show and you just realized this? 😂😂😂😂😂’

It's so weird seeing Old Man George have Ex-Aid Lv.2 and Muteki separately. Part of me thinks that George is biased to Ex-Aid considering the OsteruHammer is based on the Gashacon Breaker. Part of me thinks that George left it separate because he can only complete Muteki's form but without the powers and has been searching for Dan Kuroto for 50 years. That's why Muteki is hella nerfed here.

This Crossover Anniversary movie strangely has the weird legacy themes, more specifically our Present day Riders traveling to the apocalyptic future to become the Clone Riders, thanks to Old man George. In some anniversary crossovers they bring back old suits with no voices for no reason, but this movie cleverly if not in a morbrid way let our heroes Gokai change these old riders from the first 50 years. One of my favorite things about this movie is that it is a celebration of the 1971 Kamen Rider as a whole. Ryunosuke is a part of Shocker then thanks to Hongo Takeshi, he sees his wrong ways and decides to protect his loved ones even though he can't fufill his promise to his son. The recreation of the birth of the legend is great and the retro fight from the debut of the Iconic suit. This is the combination of Revice and Saber's core themes of loving your Family and keeping Promises. Speaking of Family, the Father Son relationship of the Momose's being connected to Kamen Rider Century is fantastic, also if you haven't known already, the young Takeshi is played by Hiroshi Fujioka's son Maito takes his father's footsteps and being awesome in this film.

03:50 George for me he is like scientist version of Travis Touchdown. As both are punkish otakus, that have both interest in american and japanese pop culture. Plus those yellow shades ;D

i absolutely adored this movie when i first watched it, and it still holds s special place in my hear until now. when me and a friend were watching Revice i couldn't wait until we reached the point where we could watch this movie. Century's story really touched me, the returning Saber Riders were awesome, the action in the film was brilliant, just about everything was top tier. the final scene where we go through 50 years of Rider history (with the addition of non-base forms might I add) as Promise plays in the background was so fucking good.

Few things I learn from the movie: 1. Clone riders are much weaker then OG (I get that the dark rider are from Diablo gene but seriously? Hyper Muteki get kicked? Isn't his main ability literal invincible?); 2. Yeah, Century is definitely a one timer (But then, couldn't Kirizaki just do something? I mean he did witness the event of this movie, couldn't he just find the dad in the future and just recreate another Century driver or at least do something to fullfil their promise?) 3. Fenix has a hisitory with Shocker? Ok but howcome nobody from Fenix just went to search Shocker wreckage to take back the Diablo stamp? If Deadmans can find it, howcome George smart brain couldn't find it? He of all people should know how dangerous that thing is. 4. Rintaro finally confess, damn. Lets just hope that no idiot on the Fenix press the horn on the ship. Yes, I'm looking at you, Vice. 5. And lastly. W.T.F. What on earth are you doing, Zi-0!!!!!?? I get it that this is a movie between two Reiwa riders but come on! How could you just let some third-rate villain just take over the world!!! I know your personality, you're the guy who would literally reset the world just to save your friend so howcome you're not doing anything!!!? Well, all of that compainings aside, I love the movie, the relationship between the father and son almost make me cry (keyword: almost). Anyway, Imma give it a 8.5/10 (My personal score). Would definitely recommend.

It was a good movie! It tried to do a lot and nailed most of it. Only thing is I was upset by the lack of focus on the Saber Characters. I was really hoping Touma would be one of those characters who gets really good when they come back in crossovers even if their writing in the original series was mixed, but he didn’t do a whole lot other than show up and fight.

My favorite part of the movie was the end credits. As the song plays, we see every single main Kamen Rider grace our screen with their most memorable forms. It was so beautiful

It’s interesting that the zero one cast has yet to appear in a post season crossover (they didn’t crossover with saber, have they?) Then again it makes sense since about 2/3 of the riders are dead. Which is minor for the franchise. The time travel confused me until they revealed the whole story, which I thought was a clever and not very common plot twist of him being a person from the past who went to the future and had to travel to the present to change the future. The song promise is a beautiful song. It was a fun movie.

The visual was fire!!!!🔥🔥

Are we not gonna talk about the credits with promise playing. That hit the deep for me.

I’m really excited for rider potential Revice.

I love this movie so much so glad you enjoyed it as well

I like that movie because the drama dad(in young age) and Son(in old age) and ending theme

You know, this movie suddenly feels better, when you know Maito Fukioka when playing younger Takeshi Hongo recived advices from his dad aka Hiroshi Fujioka. Its kinda makes it wholesome.

I watched this in theathers with my family , i loved this film but my family hated it

I felt the sending prisoners to space part broke my suspension of disbelief a bit. Other then that I liked it.

And another thing that I am kinda nick picking the movie is that. Why doesn’t Saber before he got back cross saber in the movie. Use elemental dragon form. Surely the rider book is still store somewhere right? And not only that. Why doesn’t revi use barid Rex when clearly in the movie they have use it. Why don’t they use earlier in the battle??? Both of them could’ve use that form against the final boss in the end before they get their cross saber and neo hopper stamp?? Like that would make them have at least a better chance at fight against the final boss but then just fighting in the base form is just stupid.

the real confusion i find is how vice was quick to betray ikki when they were starting to trust eachother, like the whole reason they were able to use barrid rex in the first place was ikki putting more faith in him and vice in turn caring more about him. also, i assume the form just requires both of them together to henshin since last time george wanted ikki to be the sole rider without vice with barrid rex it failed and ended up being the opposite of what happened.

@@ludwigtails yeh, it also doesn't make sense that vice would ask the other demons if he can side with them when his life is endangered in the past as he already stated that if ikki dies he will too. i feel like this movie just forgets about who vice really is just to make that promise bit scene. the movie shouldve kept that theme with the father and son only since they already represent both themes of family and promises of the movie.

One issue with this movie while this is a great Revice movie it not really a good crossover movie. Saber cast played next to no role and whatever role they did play could be replaced by any rider. Each of the other 4 generations movie had at least some reason for the past series to be there either theme wise or story wise. Not saying it a bad movie, but it does harm it from being one of the better generations movies in my mind

I’m surprised you didn’t talk about Revice’s Neo Batta form

At first, I thought that the four villains qere pretty weak. They barely had aline and they didn't show off personalities, making them sound the same. But then I thought deeper and realized that maybe that if they gave them time to having personalities and more line while having this big (and amazing) cast would have been to much. So, yeah, some sacrifices must be made.

Yeah, i was rather confused as to why Ex-Aid Muteki was chosen because that felt random for them especially since everyone else uses a base form of that kamen rider. I mean, I guess they really want to make sure that Yuri gets the shiny suit, so they use Muteki instead of base form Ex-Aid. Your explanation is a bit stretching because would Japanese audiences even know you? Also, according to the Kamen Rider Wiki, Lovekov is apparently in the movie, but I didn't see Lovekov at all. Was Lovekov in a weapon form that Jeanne used or is that a mistake on the wiki's part?

Personally I loved this movie nyaaaa. It was a little rushed I feel, and the Forceful insert of Cameo Henshins with Future George felt super out of place IMO nya. Aside from that, this movie is greattttttt nya

For me, this is one of my least favorite crossover movies. I really wanted to like it, but honestly it didn’t live up to my expectations; I honestly prefer Super Hero Senki to this movie. While it was nice to see the two shows team up, I felt like the main villain was quite generic and while I am a big fan of Hideo’s actor Arata Furuta because he was in the amazing J-Drama “Where Have My Skirts Gone?” where he portrays a crossdressing gay teacher, I really couldn’t connect to the story between him and his father; and that’s a problem for me because that story takes up a big part of the film. Idk. If I had to rank the Gen movies it would go First Gen, Heisei Gen Final, Heisei Gen Forever, Heisei Gen, Beyond Gen.
