Prayer is worship and worship is exclusively for God

I go to my parents grave and talk to them and I find this a beautiful and profoundly spiritual much love and blessings to you and your beautiful family 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿💜💜💜

It's one thing to pray AT the grave of a holy person. According to followers of Rabbi Soloveichek and the preachings of Maimonides, I was taught we don't pray TO the person or talk to a deceased person. We pray to Hashem to carry our words to them. That halacha is based on the verses in the Torah that declare ghosts, demons and spirits shall not roam the earth. It is considered an occultist belief and idolatry. According to a quote from the Orthodox Union website: "...when someone dies his physical existence ends and his soul ascends to the spiritual world. The only remnant in this world are his good deeds and teachings, and his cherished memory among his family and loved ones."

You said that Jews cannot be cremated, I do agree. But I just wonder if that was from the Torah or because of the horrible treatment of Jews by others? Also what happens if they are burned to death by accident, say by a house fire? I'm not asking to cause contention but I really do wonder.

It's from Torah law not as a result of anything that's happened. That's the beauty of Torah, the rules stay the same, if someone were G-d forbid to be killed in a fire we would Bury whatever remains.

It's absolutely idolatry to pray to a dead person! Judaism forbids that! When you go to the grave of a tzadik or, any person for that matter then, you ask Hashem to answer your prayers in the merit of that tzadik or person. Judaism forbids any practice with talking to the dead!

Rubbish you can talk to a dead person an ask them to pray on your behalf or speak to G-d for you, obviously you can't pray to them but talking is fine, my mother passed away and I often do as I was told I could by my orthodox rabbis.

Question... Davening to HaShem at a Tzdeks kever is different then davening for a Tzdek to intercede on your behalf. Isn't having an intermediary against the 13 principals of faith ? Just curious.Thanks! Love your content you should have much Hatzlacha

But also would add concerning the 13 principles of faith (rambams), that's obviously not Hashems word. David said all man are liars (Psalm 116:11). In Islam, that is not allowed at all. We are allowed to pray for the person but not to the person. We are allowed to send duroods (prayers for Prophet Muhammad and Ibrahim AS family) which automatically will give us their intercessions on the day of judgement but not now. The blessings are carried by angels to the Prophet Muhammad (saw) but cannot grant particular prayers for us or requests, that's Allah swt attributes and quality alone....in Islam we are really really careful not attribute divine quality or attribute or essence of God to man or creation...I think we are monotheistic religion on Earth

First of all I think you should clear this there was no land Israel. It was name of prophet. That’s why Jewish people are called children of Israel .

I said this land never called Israel. And a lot of Jews become Christians then Muslims after living in this land for thousands of years. So claiming that this land only belongs to Jewish is wrong.
