Just go to their Facebook page and wait for their posts on their car meets and attend. You must at least attend two car meets and be open to the moderator and president's comment about your set-up. If it will pass the group's standard or not. Or what you can do with your set-up to be part of the group.

Oh I haven't calculated sir. Since given na talaga na malakas sa gas since 3.5L V6 😅 but I think city driving nasa 4 to 5L per Kilometer.
