This jersey cast is the perfect example of jersey shore behavior. As a former NJ resident, most people don’t behave like this in Jersey. The whole housewives franchise needs revamping. Would like to see women supporting women in 2024.

Sick of seeing Gia every week and she's of age so if someone mentions her name, Teresa better keep quiet. Also, Jen put both hands on Danielle's neck and push her back. Danielle has every right to defend herself and I hope she comes back next year. Teresa better worry about her husband because it doesn't look good for him. Just saying....ciao

We know what Jennifer Aydin did, we all saw it for ourselves last week. Frankly it was a lot more mild than I expected. I can think of at least two dozen examples off the top of my head of past housewife bad behavior that was far worse including on this very show! We have no idea what Kenya did, the rumors are all over the map from nothing to revenge you know what. I'd hate to look like a fool now by making a judgement with so little true info and be proven an idiot in a week or two.. I'm holding my opinions on whether firing her was right or wrong until I know what she actually did, I think that's the smart position for all of us.

Agree, we are not comparing all apples to apples, but if we look back at fights....The Candace one was frightening, the Joe G. vs Joe G. knock-down, drag out fight at the christening was horrific, especially during a christening! The hair pull by Danielle to Marge was bad, the Jersey epic event with Ashley and Danielle outside the event was bad and in this case Jen Aydin put her hands on first so Danielle should go after Jen. Jen Aydin has to many past acts of violence to stay. That broken glass thing was downright dangerous and should have been the end for her.

David. You are a lawyer. You cannot say that assault is “putting hands” on Someone“. That’s battery. Assault is any act of movement, verbal threat that puts another person in fear in danger of Battery. Thus, Danielle assaulted Jenn A and was the initial attacker. Then, Jenn A committed battery by putting hands on Danielle as a defensive move, but still that’s battery. Danielle used an object which will be deemed a weapon, to also batter Jenn A. That’s the sequence. In NJ, Danielle is at higher risk of getting a higher penalty bc she initiated the crime of assault flying too close into Jenn As space menacingly. Jenn A petty verbal provocation is not a reason for Danielle to literally commit Assault Per Se. Sue Jenn for defamation. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I kno what ppl think, Jenn “has mouth and need be popped”. Goo luck being sued or prosecuted.

I just want to add one more thing about the Jen Aydin attack, push whatever you want to call it. They were around the pool area on concrete. That could have landed Danielle flat on her back possibly hitting her head and could have been a lot worse. Has to stop.

1st things 1st The Gia being a sidekick and the voice of reason for her mom is tacky and a ticking time bomb Melissa’s point to Jen fessler even though she was clearing up the analogy of John fuda was on point talking to children (Gia) is weird . I wasn’t a fan of Melissa or tre but this season Melissa bringing business friends and her cousins wedding was fun . Now as far a Danielle …tre and the crew knew who attending that party wink wink and attempting to corner her would be a bad idea Danielle borough someone similar in culture to Jen aiden those woman didn’t want any issues at the launch the real fans and locals noticed drita da vanzo from mob wives walking around behind Danielle like a henchman lol I think the new girls have fun style and Witt but their are boundaries that no one should cross lessons learned tre is dusty and washed up in this arena

I think Kenya's case is also the weakest of the group, with Caroline's being the strongest and most clear cut. I just saw that Danielle, btw, is back up doing press for the show, so after being absent from traditional media outlets for a while. It appears her (network) gag order is off.& it looks like she may be back in play...for now.

in a court of law there are different levels of assault. a push is low level assault, smashing a full drink against someone's face is a much higher level of assault. you should know this! lol. if cabral sues jennifer should counter sue, i know who will come out of it worse off and it's not jen. if cabral let jen push her then sued, that would be different, but you're not gonna get anywhere if you smash a glass in a face after a push. are you sure you did law?

I had a neighbor pushed over a parking spot over an argument fell and died and very young to a push is an assault at any level you don’t know the outcome to anything physical Both wrong Jennifer was smiling snarky and loving up slandering Danielle on assumptions Danielle should have kept her cool but was frustrated from this being a constant topic that she thought she rectified at Melissa’s housewarming but again Jen is a wild boar in expensive lipstick and Danielle is ruff from urban upbringing Recipe for disaster Theresa should have intervened as a friend of both both she’s in LALA land

Jen is totally not coming back. I think she's out. Jen definitely got physical with Danielle first. If you think about it Jen is already gone because they aren't doing a reunion and she was suspended. Her future was already written when they announced no reunion. Jen is done, she's toast.
