Why It's So Hard To Lose Stubborn Belly Fat - Real Strategies to Lose Your Gut and Keep It Off.

If you're struggling to get rid of that stubborn belly fat and lose your gut - this video is for you. This was a question submitted during our LIVE Total Fitness Bodybuilding video Q and A and it's a good one that I wanted to make a separate video dedicated to covering how to lose fat and keep it off without rebound weight gain or feeling like you're suffering it out on an extreme low calorie cutting diet.
When it comes to losing your belly fat and keeping it off for good - the #1 thing you need to wrap your mind around is the idea of making your fitness and fat loss program a lifestyle change - and not just another short term diet plan. While you can suffer it out in the short term with a low calorie cutting diet and make progress - those results rarely last if you don't enjoy what you're doing.
If you can't see yourself sticking to your "diet" for the rest of your life - the results are only temporary.
The good news is that you don't have to be perfect, it doesn't have to be stressful, or painful, and most likely it will actually be more enjoyable than the way you're living right now if you follow the right approach.

100% on the will power! I used up all mine way back in my 20's! Perfect eating for several years. Then, not all of a sudden, but one day at a time, that will power left, never to be seen again.

I can certainly relate to that. Some of the diets and programs that I used to suffer through when I was young and full of piss and vinegar I have zero will power or motivation to follow through today. That's what led me to adopting the "Good Enough, But Good Enough Consistently" approach to health and fitness - it's much more enjoyable long term.

I've never used a flywheel machine before, so I can't comment on it. But I did a search for it and it looks interesting.

Really the problem is that many people lack an essential bone, the spine. When I was a kid it was war time and the food was basic and sailors were dying bringing it across the Atlantic. Luckily my mom was a very good cook so we never went hungry. We did not need to worry about junk food, it did not exist. Humanity got along for millions of years without junk food, then the good old USA invented it. It is food designed to be addictive and I would not eat it if it was free. The junk food and drink industry has humanity by the cogones and what you need to do is forget talking about cravings and kick the habit. The junk food industry needs to be shut down and consigned to history. Yes I knw that would put a lot of folks out of work but it would be worth it to have healthy populations. It would not be spending so many billions on health care for a start.

I totally agree with what you're saying and it's unfortunate that food industry has become what it has... But with so much $$$ being made from it we're not going to see any changes anytime soon. We have to learn to navigate the junk food mine field and take care of ourselves.
