dude honestly, i’d love to see you do like a one week challenge, where you go on a river with your camping gear some batteries the sluice abc some tools and you just film a bit but mainly work a full “working week” of looking for gold. it would be interesting to see how much you get and the adventures you’d get up to. and how much a week worth of prospecting equates to a weeks normal wage for a week....anyway love you dude

I would also love to do this. At the moment it's not possible because of my commitments. At a guess I'd say 5 days would be around the 8 grams or around the $740. If I could hit my average takes.

@@VoGusProspecting absolutely brother, it’s the way of the world, commitments are commitments, but we love you and all that you do. and love the energy you bring. i never gave gold a second thought until i saw your vids, but i grew up in the desert and found quarts with a reef through it. and through your videos my goal is to go back and find some more, an adventure. so thanks brother.
‘,,, and the shrunken head of a claim jumper’ 😁😆😂 👍
What I love about your videos is two fold, your enthusiasm for a hobby you love and the fact it’s not only about the money. Although having a hobby that pays you must be nice most hobbies cost. Keep making these great videos and give Fern a scratch behind the ears.

The writing on Chris' hat goes from reading backwards to forwards and back again. Funny.
That specimen is gorgeous. Gold in the Pan a Happy Man...
It’s nice to hear about reclamation, too many don’t think about how to plan for it or just don’t do it. The reminder is good!

"shrunken Head of a claim jumper" caught me by surprise bahahahaha
So happy for you Chris. Always a nice surprise when you hit it rich! Reclamation is key whenever you are moving dirt.
Love how you explain your thoughts and reasoning to finding gold.
It’s good to be back in touch with your channel. Covid shutdowns sent me in to a mental haze that I had to work thru.
Alot of lifes problems can be resolved by having a good attitude. I like yours.
Awesome result, well done 😁 grizz was looking over you for sure 💛
Awesome you spoke about reclamation. Such an important part of prospecting! Pooch was looking down on you.
Another great video Chris with a nice little clean up. Well done. Mate, up my way we have a road that has a lot of heavies and quartz. Trying to workout if the material has been moved in. More exploration is required
Cracking save to the day. Its something alot of people really dont do enough, move on and prospect. I worked a spot for a few hours and found about a point, walked up the creek and saw a crevice that I couldnt just walk away from, I managed to find a whole gram in 5 pans, one of them held 0.87g with a 0.69g chunck. Well done chris, i recon griz definately played his part in your success. Good Luck & Happy Panning
Cheers for the vid Vo-Gus, brings a little bit of happiness.
Always fun watching the water when it first comes down the sluice. Nice specimen.
Great video and I love the little mini highbanker!
nice specimen and gold and nice adventure thank you for sharing.
That was freaking crazy and so awesome at the very same time. Wow I was just so happy for you. And I just love how you are so happy and laugh I wish I could go panning with you
Another great vid, thank you! Really nice day you had there - hopefully the heat is letting up a bit!
I mean how cool is it to play with the gold with your brush😊
grizzly knew his job and did it well ,i lost my cat couple of months ago after 24 years i looked forward leaving work to getting home to spend time with her she knew she was needed and loved when she died i said never again but i dont think thats what she would have wanted she lived much longer then many cats the vet use to shake his head she was needed and knew it so believing that i know she would want me to get anther to take over her job so now i got oliver and just like her he climbs on my bed uses his nose to get under covers spins around so his head is on pillow with mine he is a kitten still now we find out he was born the day she died some ppl own animals others are friends and family to them i will never forget her but i know she is happy knowing oliver is babysitting for her
You’ve done nicely. Good old Grizzly boy shining down on you. ❤️
💪😁👍 Chris thanks for sharing the adventure
Awesome gold, thx for the awesome videos. Love watching!
glad to see you finding more and bigger chunks than the flour gold you usual seem to deal with
Well done Chris, I need to haul my butt back out digging for the yellow, it's been a while. Nice gold for your efforts, and I will give my pup a scratch behind his ear for you. Cheers Brad

Nicely done. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Great video Chris some times it pays to move to a different spot as you know 2 feet can make a difference. Grizzly was definitely looking down on you for that specimen.
Awesome video cobber. That specimen is wicked 🍺🍺
That's a nice bag of gold you got there, Grizzly's specimen gold looks big.
I really want one of those hats. That's proper cool. 👍🏻⚒🏴
Wire in a basic switch on your pump so you don't have to short circuit it. Just a cheap light switch will do.
Love your vids Chris. Great entertainment and always learn something! Keep up the good work man👍🏻⛏🏴
good planning, research, test panning... and a little luck. nice video Mate
Old timers did the work, digging n processing tailings. Golden fleece, padicked water races, good job. Info on dpi mines, government reports on areas can find areas they may be have not been thorough. Pickers on top flour on bedrock. It's all worth it
Nice job on that second spot great video
Is it weird that i like the sound of the shovel cutting through the gravel?
Great video, nice specimen, got two lucky charms the pup and no beard working for you😁 good luck with your future prospecting.
Keep up the great work on your channel, Chris!

Liked the slow motion shot of the rifles .
hi. at 6:38, lower left, do you remember any of the details about that rock. did it have a layered structure. reminded me of a mammoth tooth. d
Always great fun watching your videos man.
Another great vid, my German shepherd Dakota (my shadow) will definitely be getting a scratch behind the ear, she ate some rat bait recently and is recovering

Do you generally work the same creek or creeks or do you scout out new properties a lot? Are you on private or government land?
Do you have a fuel switch on your pump? Just turn fuel off instead of shorting (if possible)👍
Nice spot an I like seeing the 3D moon lamp I sent in the background at the end of the video
Liking the slow motion.
I can’t find the link to win the prospecting pans Chris! I’d like to get started
Chris ,question..would you recover more power fine gold with a 'gold cube' ..it would be a good comparison
Great viddy, I think Grizzly sent you some love.
I said 8.1... but thats good anyways... skull duggery matters more than a duck squatting on a shrunken head. YEAH!!!
Awesome!!
Good going Chris. Maybe its just me but seems like the more gold you find the shorter your hair gets 😀
How often do you clean the highbanker and wash the material with the pan?

IMO based on the specimen, you might find nuggets further upstream. Great show and thanks for all the knowledge.

Hey Chris, such a great day prospecting. This video came at a good time to help take my mind off our Presidential election. It has been very stressful and emotional. Oh and I like the globe light you set up in the shelf. Fits in well. Until the next video, ✌
You had fun
Are you allowed to use a dredge type sucker there? It would be like a yabby-pump only driven by your gas powered pump and it would flush everything into the spraybox bypassing the spraybar. Also: Dog has been scratched. He sais thank you.
Nice one Grizzly, good.fa you bro
I’ll guess .71 back to the vid well I didn’t know you were adding the speci in there lol great vid as always and I’ve searched and searched and I’m not allowed to purchase an Xp pan set here in the USA yet 😡 sooo depressing and I don’t do Facebook ect if they don’t sell them here soon I may have to send you the money to purchase and ship me one... if it’s not to much trouble great video and gold as always thanks for sharing see you on the next one👍🏻👊🏻
Very nice man, that’s a good day.
Consider that smash button liked !! Oh and the dog got a pat 😀
Nice little stream. Is access via private land?
Nice video buddy keep it up ✌️☮️
Hey Chris, first time, long time. With regard to your water pump, you can get a fuel tap off ebay that incorporates an on/off switch, therefore, idiotfroofing flooding the motor. A mechanic mate installs these on all pumps and generators that he services. Cheers and may the Grizzly gods smile upon you.
@VoGusProspecting
3 жыл бұрын
There's one already installed on this pump
@clintonbrown3168
3 жыл бұрын
@@VoGusProspecting sorry mate, I meant to say that the on/off switch is incorporated into the fuel tap. Turn fuel on, pump will start. Turn fuel off, pump stops. A lot of motors, that don't have a fuel pump, foul up if you forget to turn the fuel off. This tap/switch prevents this problem. Cheers
