Luxury estate in Abuja looks like peasant. We really don't know how to build in this country. I can see why people are avoiding it. It is going to rotten because no modern youth will put their money here. Thank you, ma'am.

super crap, i sell luxury real estate and these is super poor for luxury ...The management is stupid enough to have a non rental policy...that itself is the ruin of the place...it will end up being abandoned if not reversed cause an empty property itself is fast in dilapidation.

A very comfortable house like this?😮 why is it empty? Is there a ghost that pursue people inside this houses??

It’s the same image you keep showing over and over again. I just saw an abandoned house rotted by mold. I haven't seen anything luxurious in this area
