Yes, but top is always vacant. Competents have a lot to offer and a lot to accept.

This podcast provides an excellent insight into the current state of the profession. It is an unfortunate fact that this career path is no longer optimal. The pervasive influence of dirty politics and the widespread arrogance within the profession have severely tarnished its reputation. These factors have created an environment that is not conducive to intellectual growth or professional development. Given these circumstances, it raises a critical question: why should an A-level student, who has demonstrated exceptional academic potential, consider joining this profession? Such a student, who is likely to bring intellectual charisma and a passion for excellence, may find limited opportunities to thrive and make meaningful contributions. Instead of fostering an environment that values innovation and intellectual rigor, the profession seems mired in counterproductive practices and attitudes. For students with high aspirations and the potential to excel in their careers, this might not be the right path. They deserve a field where their talents can be fully utilized and appreciated, and where they can continue to grow intellectually and professionally.

Respected Madam, it is one of those professions which is highly paid, highly qualified and highly respected. The problem is not with the profession but the problem is Non_professionalism, incompetency, corruption and contempt. Which is the face of of the society in totality. Justice system is the victim of this degradation. Accountability of judges and its staff is inevitable for the overhauling of justice system.
