Grew up here when we bought a house in 1976 and went to Litchfield Elementary, Agua Fria/Millennium H.S. and after college and living in SoCal moved back and finally moved out in 1998. Had such memories growing up here in the 1970's and 80s! Thinking of moving back to the West Valley again now after being in N. Central Phoenix 25 years. Considering places roughly bound by Glendale Rd., 303 Loop, I-10 and 101 Loop.
Live here and love it! And agree everyone is very nice and neighborly, have met more neighbors here than we ever did living over 15 years in previous home. Also love having a boba/tea house and walking paths to library and rec center. They have also begun building a whole new destination center with small shops, entertainment, amphitheater etc.
