I'm sure he's a great midfielder but you should bring some stats/data to the conversation if you've done your research. Caicedo is #22 in tackles in the league, Joe Gomez in #79. Caicedo is #28 in blocks, Joe Gomez is number #179. Caicedo is #29 in the Premier League in passes completed, Joe Gomez is #94. I'm not sure where you're getting the idea that Gomez is better.

Enzo should rest the guy always leave his position to look for goals he doesn't return back and mark He is not an attacking midfielder and he is not good at that so why is he leaving his position for Gallagher and Caicedo Enzo plays as 6 just like Gallagher and Caicedo And we have palmer as our attacking midfielder So if palmer is our attacking midfielder why not use Gallagher and Caicedo in midfield as our 6 and use Madueke as a right winger

Liverpool fans in particular will say "hah, we dodged a bullet" but they'll go on to forget that they were drooling over the thought of him joining their team. The truth is if you put any other world class midfielder in this mess of a Chelsea team, they will struggle. Hell, we would probably make players like Bellingham and Mbappe look mediocre to rivals if you were to place him here. You better shut up at once. Caicedo is too slow and sluggish. His passing may be great but he is sloppy. His slow reaction is what makes him launch late tackles. He is simply too annoying in that regard. He could fix that with time but he loses the ball way too often and that is dangerous areas. Try watching him track back especially when facing a counter. Caught ball watching when conceding the second goal at Brentford.

It doesn't matter how good he does, people will hate him because he rejected Liverpool, a club currently challenging for the Prem, for Chelsea, a struggling club lurking around midtable and because we paid 100m for him. That's why we want Poch out in favor of a better manager but there's not many better options these days and it'll be hard to gain the interest of a good manager since we've been stuck in midtable for two seasons in a row now and are facing the chance of missing European football for the second season in a row. We need a manager who, yes, can work with young players, but also one with proper tactics and someone who can implement their vision of how they want the team to play. Poch just isn't that man, he's too tactically stubborn.

Poch has had an excellent career, he can coach. He has been given a poorly assembled team of mainly youngsters. The quality of this team is reflecting the quality of the ownership. If Poch is fired, Chelsea will suck under the next coach too. It will take a few years and some good moves in the transfer market for this team to start challenging for the top 4 again. For a billion dollar outlay, the squad is really unbalanced and poor.

At 21 years old he has an incredible vision of the game. But his highest point is his tackles on the ball.

Truth is the pressure is different from being a brighton player to a 115mill player at Chelsea. Every ball at Chelsea is under a microscope. To start with Caicedo has quite a few matches with mistakes being caught out with the ball in front of the centre backs. After the last 15 games caicedo has felt more comfortable and dominating passing from deep and his money is now at the level that he is worth it. Next season I think he will prove he is world class.

For me the team need 2 signing players, the play maker as a 10 and a good striker as 09, and if they fail, that will be a coach problem, we have a good team already so long, it need the coach mantality to open them

Well he spends 90% of the time back passing. At Brighton he always played progressive passes so I blame Poch for that. We don’t know what that coach is trying to do its frustrating.

Chelsea conversion rate is still uncharacteristically low, therefore these high work rates will continue to be unacknowledged until the goals start coming in.
