Too bad ya'll did NOT have ole Cisco aboard!!Looks like a decent haul of specks,a flounder and ya probably released a keeper black drum.They are great,especially dat size.Good seeing ya back out on de water!I might be headed to Causeway this Friday.Been working on sanding and totally repainting my 50 Johnson and after having mid-section replaced,she runs incredibly well.I replaced a prop shaft seal and while at it replaced water pump,hooked up pressure-testing device and dat lower unit should be water-proof as I pumped it up with 10 PSI and it NEVER bled down!!Gonna be out in de Ole SouthFork soon!Hope ya dad getting better and I know bout working hard as I have been busting it in our HUGE vegetable garden and my older son just popped raccoon,one less plant thief and chicken predator!!Nice catch and tell Dennis and Randy I said hello.The NShore CCA Chapter is doing Leadership Luncheon at Tchefuncta Country Club on the 19th of this month,will be getting more particulars soon and will send that along.i know our krewe had a great time at last year's NShore CCA Banquet!!

Is the south side of the causeway ever productive? Ive fished a handful of times without any luck. May have to trailer boat across the lake to try the north shore

i know you werent talkimg to me but the slots are perfect to insure that our kids and grqndkids and their kids will be able to enjoy this long after we are dead and gone. and lets be honest who needs 25 trout a day? ive been catching limits of 15 specks and its plenty of fish
