I barely use my Iphone 13 pro max because I have an android which I am used to. Still, my iPhone drops 7% in 3 months. I don’t allow the battery to drain🪫, I don’t over charge, I don’t expose it to high temperature and I don’t fast charge as well. It breaks my heart anytime a % drops. 💔💔

You forgot one other crucial factor in maintaining battery health, that is protecting the phone from heat. Keep your below 25°c at all times…

12w will my suggestion bro. Only if you cant find 12w at stores or online you may consider 20w.

I have a XS, it’s 4 years old. Battery health is at 78%. 100% full charge to 5% gets 7.5 hrs of constant screen on time. 100% full charge to 20% gets 5.5 hrs of constant screen on time. I always charge my phone to 100% and leave on charger overnight too. I think all this is fine, average use gets me thru a full day. The only thing I would prefer is if I could get a full charge in an hour, instead of 2 or more. Just enjoy your phone, stop worrying about battery health and wasting money on new batteries. I think 78% after 4 years is great , I’m very satisfied as it is. When mine gets to 65 or even 60% I’ll either replace the battery or buy a new phone. Also , be cautious of replacing batteries and who does it, if it’s not Apple. There are devices out there that can be connected directly to the battery when the phone is opened that just resets the numbers on the battery Managment system. Battery cycles and battery health, it does nothing to improve the battery. It’s a scam to sell a battery replacement that was never done.

No dont let it reach to 100 you should be doing the 20%-80% battery cycle for better battery life

i checked my battery health at 15:00 and 21:00on the same day and it had dropped from 75% - 73%. I didn't charge it in between and used it from 80% to 50%. I think thats bad. edit: I got the phone in february and my battery health was at 100% until the end of september, now its 7th November

Thank you for the tips. I bought the 12 Mini in December 2020 and the battery health is now at 85%. As much as I try not to be too concerned about it, I’m very surprised at how quickly the battery degrades. I wonder if Apple will cover the battery replacement.

Hi! Based on my experience from my iphone 13 pro max, ugreen somehow decreases my battery health and when I started using Anker which is probably one of the most recommended that is really compatible for apple users helps me to maintain it. So I do suggest, Anker than ugreen. 😊😅

hi alex, kindly calculate battery health percentage from month and year of purchase. if it meets the reduce as mentioned in the video. then dont worry. 2.5 years average time to reach 80%. then we replace at apple service center to continue using the phone for another 2.5 years with peak performance.

Update: my 12 pm batt health is now at 88% in 1 yr and 1 week. I use 20 watts charger always. Works fine at all. Same screen time when it was new (10-12 hrs) Doesn’t affect the battery life at all and just don’t mind your battery health, just enjoy your device :))

2% reduce in 1 month is quite high bro. do try with the suggested charging practice and measure it after 5 to 6 months of usage. if the usage includes gaming and more video streaming its normal. otherwise charging practice suggested could help to maintain it.

We cannot stop the battery health reduce bro. its just like our car or bike batteries which degrade gradually when we use the device. dont worry, follow the charging tips suggested and we will get 2.5 years average time to reach 80% BH. then we can change battery at apple service center to again use it with peak performance.

Hello afnan, it wont be a problem. Slow charging is always proven to be good for battery health. But by keeping optimised charging feature ON. Once it reaches 80% charge speed controlled when we use any watts level adapter. Based on our previous days usage. So if you want some fast charging then you can use 20w adapter.

My 14 pro max battery health dropped to 99% from 100% in 2 months ,I think I used my phone while on charge

I bought 13 pro max 5 months ago … drop to 99% on 4 months … now aftr exact 30 days 98% … is it normal ? I am normal users … surfing mostly and charge once a day

I accidently overcharged my iphone😢it was 100%health but now it reach to 98%😢😢😢

Sir please reply iphone 11 in 9 month 3% down It is normal?

Yes😂 mine drops 3 prcnt in 1 week

I’m purchased 12 mini starting October 2021 now completed 6 months my mobile battery health is 94 this is normal or not I’m normal user I’m following all battery saving tips

My iphone 13 promax drains 3% of BH after a month and it sucks i feel like not gonna buy anymore..coz it breaks my heart

I was tension free as i used to be samsung user i just got 15pro max in jan and it is 98 already and i use it as secondary device only 3hours a day hardly and dont use also

When we change battery at apple service center, same water resistance is enabled bro. still, none of the iPhones are water proof. so we still have to be careful while going inside water with our iPhone. warranty doesnt cover water damage.

99% BH after using of one year (12 pro max) is that better or not ??

Update your ios and it will show the accurate BH reading

i brought mine 20days before i check today its 99% i only charge twice a day , i maintain 20-90% my screen time is 9hours .

I’m having iphone 12 mini and i can observe that fall in 1% of battery in 2.4 min on calling which is very bothering and with light phone usage i can see 2% battery health drop with 1.5 months. Can anyone suggest me some solutions!

Mine is been from 7 months of use to 96% battery health edit 24 hours later now 95
