आचार्य है या अचार है इनको यह तक नहीं पता कि मनुस्मृति को महाभारत काल मे युधिष्ठिर ने न्याय के रूप में मनुस्मृति को स्तंभ मानकर न्याय किया था। जहां दंड के परिणाम का ज्ञात होने के बाद भी दंड करना, और जिसे ज्ञान ना हो या अल्प ज्ञान होना पर अलग-अलग दंड की व्याख्या करती है मनुस्मृति जोकि व्यक्तियों के वर्ण के हिसाब सुनाई जाती है। यह तो पोंगा पंडित है इससे आचार्य को कुछ नहीं पता bs दुकान चल रही है और कितनी बड़ी दुकान कर लेगा इसको इसकी चिंता है बस

Read Manusmriti, you will find all different things that you have heard about it. In British times there were many misstranslations & misinterpretations of Manusmriti had been done so we needs to re-examine it. Manusmriti is a good book & there is nothing bad in it what these so called scholars are talking about. There are many bad things about Women & Non believers in holy books of Abrahamic religions but they don't dare to talk about it but propagating false information about Manusmrit.

People says there is no murti puja is vedas but this wrong, There is nature worship or murti puja in vedas. U will find some verses in it where it mentions that there is one god but we don't understand it's meaning. Hinduism is the collection of different philosophies & beliefs.

Manusmriti is criticized infinite times more than Kuran. And we all know how much criticism the latter deserves

Because Hindus are open to criticism, add the fact that Manusmriti isn't even such an important text in Hinduism. Quran is the basis of Islam, on the other hand most Hindus don't even know "Manusmriti"

Those who think Manusmriti is casteist and anti woman have no idea about MAIN Buddhist texts, I thought Buddhism is anti caste but bro just read Anguttarnikaya part 3 page 230-240 (hindi translation by Bhadant Anand Kausalyayan), Buddha basically asks his followers to kill Shudras in the most painful way. In Andabhoot Jatak and in many other Jataks Buddha literally says, "All women are characterless, and men should stay away from them".

If you go deep inside Hinduism.. You'll realize the manusmriti that we are reading today is not original one... There is concept called " प्रक्षिप्त " Where we can change it's verses (it gives permission to do that) coz manusmriti is not scripture.. It's like constitution..... You'll get to know those things if u go through manusmriti by yourself.... Our's is the most diverse and truthful "धर्म" Among all, everyone should be proud of it.. ☺🚩🇮🇳

Think, how can a book written in 9th century quoted/mentioned in scriptures those were written more than 5000 years ago?????? 😁...... Think about that....

You still aren't able to address the point i raised.. I know you can't ever, nobody can. विश्वरत्न, बोधिसत्व, परमपूज्य, महामानव डॉ बाबासाहाब आंबेडकर जी जैसे दुनिया के सबसे काबिल, पढ़े-लिखे, ज्ञानी व्यक्ति ने यदि "मनुस्मृति" का दहन किया हैं.... तो ये कोई मामूली बात तो नहीं हो सकती...क्यूँकि वे खुद इतने पुस्तक प्रेमी थे उसके बावजूद भी उन्होने एक पुस्तक "मनुस्मृति" का दहन किया था तो ये बात साफ़ कर देती हैं की वह पुस्तक मानवता के कल्याण के बारे में तो बिलकुल ही नहीं हो सकती यदि मानवता के कल्याण के बारे में उसमें जरा सी भी कोई अच्छी बात होती तो डॉ बाबासाहाब आंबेडकर जी जैसे "कायदा पंडित" ने उसे संविधान में जरूर शामिल किया होता. जो चीज़ संविधान के विरोध की विचारधारा रखती हो वो तो हमेशा से ही controversy में ही रहेगी.

To all the youngsters, follow Vedanta philosophy and take help from Rani Sivan’s answers on Vedanta to get a perfect nuanced understanding about Hinduism. Every human being should have thoughts like this really valuable

very sensible interpretation. i believe there are many things in religion, any religion for that matter, which is relevant for a certain period. then a new age dawns and we are faced with new challenges, and we are constrained to adapt to new circumstances. in that sense, some of our doctrines from the past become irrelevant. they still maybe considered part of our culture and tradition, although less significant than they once were in an altogether different age.

Please also note that Manu smriti or any other ancient text has become adulterated now. So need to be careful reading any such text. Some people thanking BR Ambedkar that he burnt Manu smriti but same guy didn’t dare to burn Bible or Quran. He also said Vedas should be burnt without even knowing even a word of Vedas. Vedas which was not only applauded by Saints and sages but also modern day quantum physicist like Heinsberg, Erwin, Neil Bohr, Oppenheimer, Einstein etc.

Vedas old ved is rigveda but by doing carbon dating its age came as 1400 AD whihc menas its just 600 years old Just this much its very new and we should not learn anything from vedas also you can verify from the unesco website that oldest rugveda in unesco website and then check indias nomination form you will see ASI mentioned that its is just from 1400 AD

I wonder how loads of people jump in right away to comment and attack on something like manusmrithi. Ironically, many of them are hindus and they shiver and go utterly mum when it comes to descrimintion mentioned in Quran, Bible etc. This itself shows tolerance and freedom hinduism gives and that is its greatness. And when Shiva beholds Vishnu as Mohini, he copulates with her. Thats a great thing you are reading it directly than taking a said about opinion from anyone else. At first i also thought it to be a primitive book, then i read some opinion of greatest western philosophers like Fredrick Neitschze and Carl Jung, F.N said, " We need to abandon the Bible and adopt the Manav Dharmashastra(Manusmriti) for the western world to progress." C.J said, "Manusmriti is the most liberal produce of Mankind". And i was like, HOLY SHIT, i was completely blown. So i got a translation in Hindi(never a Max Muller version), i am still to start it, but will now, for sure.

Now I love this type of guy who acknowledges the real issue.This guy knows that there was indeed discrimination in the past and Manusmriti did have controversial things, he acknowledged it, and he doesn't go around saying that nothing was wrong with us in the past. However he also agrees that there were many things that were include in our culture in later years,and we should be proud because we knew an acknowledged what was wrong and we improved it,we reformed, what was needed to be.

There is a Real version of Manusmriti called "Vishuddha Manusmriti" done by the ex-VC of Gurukul Kangri University. In this version, all the Prakshipta Heinous and fake slokas are excluded and only the real slokas by Maharshi Manu. ❤

After reading manusimitri, I realised it is the most toxic and acidic thoughts I ever read. Only a psychopath, sick mentality person can think like this and write in a book. It should be introduced to psychological literature to find traumatic studies. The writer doesn't leave anything so brutal towards humanity and animals as well.

The untouchable suffered from various social, economic, political and religious disabilities. In the name of religion, they were thoroughly exploited in the most inhuman manner. It doesn't even stops there caste system give birth to Provoke Undemocratic practice, No Vertical Mobility, Encouraged Untouchability that Created a Class of Idlers. Oppression of Low Caste People Encouraged Conversion largely as result to Budhaism, Sikhism, Jainism, Islam, Charistianity and now atheism.. It is Against Integrity of Nation, gives people a False Sense of Superiority and Inferiority.

Sri Ram himself was following Manusmriti. Manusmriti is the oldest constitution written by Kshtriya King Manu maharaj.The principles or rules in the Manusmriti are not contradicting to Veda, later on during British era Maxmuller altered Manusmriti to create castle division in the society. Manusmriti is masterpiece.

असल मे जब बिना गुरु परंपरा या श्रोतिय ब्रह्मनिष्ठ गुरु के सानिध्य के बिना ही ब्रह्म विद्या( वेदांत) का अध्ययन करते हैँ तो बीच मे ही लटक जाते है । ना संसार छूटता है और ना ब्रह्मानुभूति होती है। वेदांत कोई ऐसी विद्या नहीं है कि पुस्तक उठायी और समझ लिए सिद्धांत। पहले अधिकारी हो फिर गुरु अपने आप मिल जाता है

Those who don't know there are eighteen main Smritis or Dharma Sastras. The most important are those of Manu, Yajnavalkya and Parasara. The other fifteen are those of Vishnu, Daksha, Samvarta, Vyasa, Harita, Satatapa, Vasishtha, Yama, Apastamba, Gautama, Devala, Sankha-Likhita, Usana, Atri and Saunaka.. i would say instead of believing such people please read authentic Smritis,puranas,grantha,Vedas . Bcoz many writer jus publish when they don't know the basic meaning of language used in it.... Otherwise u will only hate few things bcoz someone criticized and becoz u don't know the real meaning of it.. as many people get offended of tulsidas doha where tadna was taken as beating when in awadhi even today here we call tadna as continuously staring .. means keeping eyes on.. so it's bcoz we have a large linguistic culture,state to sub district and more sub sects it's a vast term so unless u didn't researched enough don't believe such people.

@@anikshbadole6038 have u ever purchased dhol in ur life ..please go and purchase while purchasing you will have to check every knots , sides even the material pasted and use even after that u have to press it from all concepts to chck the rope,wooden ,and chamda used in that.. so are you gonna do all this without watching(tadna) ??..if u will then u are Prabhu and i will worship you . And please also read alankar if u want to understand it tadna is word for being watchful but it will be use differently for evrything mentioned in this doha same like eg:कनक कनक तै सौ गुनी मादकता अधिकाय। वा खाए बौराए जग, या देखे बौराए।। Here one means dhatura,one kanak means gold in last it's written after eating one u will get in hangover(baurana) kind off ,and other baurana is shocked . So same words but use for different meaning. Hope it got cleared.

Manusmriti says "Yatra Nari Pujyate Vasate devah" Everywhere a woman is respected, gods reside. That's for anyone wondering what manusmriti says about women. Moreover, Read Gayatri Bhawan's critical version. That is the only good translation.

Manusmriti is a great example of how inappropriate influence can sabotage an entire nation. The caste explained in it is so wrong whereas earlier the people were divided according their abilities, there was no barrier such as caste, but popularisation of Manusmriti pulled us backward in so many aspects and have been so deep rooted that to this day women and working class people are humiliated. Our religion, rather our Sanatan culture, is great, but certain texts and beliefs just makes us a target of mockery and disbelief.

The Varna system is based on vocation, karma, rebirth, and not on caste. Jati is a community one is born in. The caste system is a derogatory term given to the Varna system by Western cultures, in addition to that these smriti's or dharma-shastras were written at the start of Kali Yuga, and are now obviously become outdated. One's karma decides who he/she is if one is a criminal or someone of low social status and reliability in society, he/she should be punished accordingly if they decide to commit a heinous act. Although I agree that some punishments are taken to an extreme degree in Manusmriti, but we need to understand its need, kali-yuga are perilous times where adharm is at it's peak, so the rules were as strict as they were kept. Even so, Shudras who are knowledge oriented would get a Brahmanical Initiation, as said in manusmriti itself.

acharya ji is voltaire among brahmins. How smoothly he criticised manusmriti hats off acharya ji.

Manusmriti is totally based on untouchability and vast caste difference. Dr. B R Ambedkar had done very right burning Manusmriti and making new constitution toh give a social equality and a big thing to treat women equal to men.

बहुत शांदार | जिस तरह हिंदु ग्रंथ वेद पुराण उपनिषद के पन्नो को खोल उनपर बात होती है बहुत अच्छा लगता है और साथ जब मनुस्मृति जैसी किताब पर बात होती है और उसके अच्छे बुरे पहलुओ पर बात होती है तो पता चलता है सनातन धर्म मे आज भी अपनी कमियों को पहचान कर खुद से व समाज से दरकिनार करना लोग जानते है मगर जिस तरह मनुस्मृति की बुराइयाँ गिनवाई गई और प्रकाश डाला गया क्या इसी तरह कभी कुरान पर बात की जायेगी ? या उसकी बुराइयों पर प्रकाश डाला जायेगा ? | क्युकी वहा भी गैर मुस्लिम के खिलाफ बहुत सी ऐसी बाते कही गई बताई गई है जो निश्चित रूप से अमानवीय है और महिलाओ के लिए अलग पुरुषो के लिए जो अलग नियम रखे गए वह भी बराबर के अधिकार देने मे असमर्थ है .. क्या इस पर भी बात की जायेगी ? 🙂

I hope in next life ambedkar will born as muslim girl and do the same thing with Qur'an that he did with manusmriti.
