Hello ..yes because the normal range is 1.0 to 10.5 My baby he got 23.9 it's so very high to the normal range. But thanks GOD coz now is 14 bilirubin. Almost 3 days phototherapy treatment. But it's not normal. I and my wife praying hopefully our baby is going to normal. We continue the phototherapy

my baby is 7month old his skin is yellow
