The Pipeline expansion was only 8 percent complete when Biden halted the expansion. It was also not a Pipleline that exported oil, it transported dirty oil and tar sands oil. Investigations by both Trump and Biden administration determined that it would not have lowered the price of gas. Trump has even said this, he signed it because of the jobs it would create and or so he said- he actually signed it because people like this guy, his "friend" wanted him to. But the effects on the environment, drinking water, etc were not worth it. The price of oil went up all over the globe. Not just in the US. Don't let corporate lobbyists and politicians manipulate you.

Tax cuts are not handouts or bailouts. They reduce the burden on producing value, whether products or services. If taxes rise too much it’s not worth producing anything, except for the super huge corporations, which will end up raising prices because of lack of competition. Bailouts are a different story. A businessman cannot be corrupt, only opportunistic. Corruption is paid officials with real government power taking money or taking action for personal gain using their allotted power to achieve their corruption. EDIT: Elected officials are expected to be loyal to their people and country, breaking that trust is corruption as well, borderline treasonous. Businessmen are expected to be loyal to profits and money, not people and country.
