@@krishnavamshi5562 If you watch the video, you will understand what is "genuine" but unethical and what is "fraud". Big companies using third party contracting companies to file multiple H-1B applications, small companies filing multiple H-1B applications for a single candidate, no legit job requirements and taking a cut from the salaries - these are illegal and fraud. There are several other forms of fraud done by people mainly from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana which aren't even mentioned in this video. Fake or forged offer letters, fake resume, certificates and proxy interviews to get an offer for a candidate without actual experience for a position, fake jobs that don't actually exist and there are several more.

On the contrary, a tip from a white Californian lawyer with direct links inside USCIS. Indian citizens filed nearly 600,000 applications for H1B in 2021-22. Out of these, only 70, 000 were genuinely & properly filed. Even though some improper applications pass the lottery, avisa officer may just look at them, compare to the guidelines they were given and reject them.

Yes it is true you can open an LLC in 2 or less days but not everyone can sponsor an H1B. The owner has to be at least a Green Card holder. Also for duplicate applications, USCIS also makes a lot of money. 10X400,000 = $4 Million. USCIS will revoke those duplicate applications and run the lottery again. But yeah, companies should stop doing duplicate applications so genuine people do not miss their chance.

4 million is nothing for an agency of USCIS size. They will burn through that money in a month. You can't justify this misuse by Indian companies, it's only harming us Indians. By July 16, the Canadian government will create an open work-permit stream to allow 10,000 American H-1B visa holders to come and work in Canada. Approved applicants for the new programme will receive an open work permit of up to three years in duration, which means they will be able to work for almost any employer anywhere in Canada. Their spouses and dependants will also be eligible to apply for a temporary resident visa, with a work or study permit, as needed.

It depends where does you son wants to live eventually. India, Canada, or USA. Pick Calgary if he wants to live and work in Canada. Texas Tech if he wants to live and work eventually in USA. Most companies in USA do not care about rankings unless depending on the study field. Tech companies prefer and will pay more for Stanford, or other California University. Finance companies prefer universities in Northeast. Other than that as long the university is in USA, it is all the same. A familiar or popular name makes more difference than ranking, Texas Tech was finalist in college football last year. In USA College football is a HUGE sport. So all the recruiters and interviewers will know Texas Tech ranking #2 in College football for 2022. Its very good chance same people would have never heard of Calgary. They might not even know where Calgary is.

Also talking about frauds. A person on F1 or H1b cannot earn via KZread. But how come you have monetized your channel and did sponsored adds way before you found the PATH to green card? I have seen this question being asked by multiple people and it always gets deleted😂 Can you also please enlighten us on the KZread illegal mkney earning fraud?

KZread is 1099 income. No, you cannot earn money from your KZread Channel, Tiktok or any other content platform while you are present in the US on a F1 Visa or OPT. However, he might have set up his youtube account to disburse income to his Indian bank account and making it work out.. but I have seen in some of his videos he says that the youtube income also helps him in the US. So yes its not legal..

You are right. Even if (he is/ he used to )disbursed the KZread amount into an Indian account, it is still illegal to work that way. It’s pathetic to see an INDIAN who does things for his benefit to try to bring other Indians down. What kind of image are we trying to potray?

Picking up genuine candidates through a lottery system. What a joke!! Lottery itself is a gambling and how can you expect candidates to be genuine. This is a total crap system, We need to file a case against USA for selecting genuine candidature through a gambling and funny system instead of doing a thorough verification on their application and candidature. They anyways take 4 to 6 months for approving the visa, not sure what they do in these 6 months time. Overall, USA just need LUCKY people but not WORTHY people. 🙏
