You know what? Talking about your health issue is can be a blessing in disguise for others. Women get so caught up in taking care of our children, our homes, our partners, our work....everything but ourselves that we put that nagging sore throat, that nagging ache in our belly, etc., we can get in real trouble. So I advocate for women to have self care bc if we don't who will take care of our loves if we ignore a serious problem? Loved the video, hope your new home is coming together and wishing you a healthy 2024.

Great to have both of you back! Relieved to hear your health is good, Yana. That's the most precious thing. And loved going through this haul with you - you guys feel like family and it is very comforting to watch. Been on a tear with sampler kits and discovered two new houses: Carine Roitfeld, who used to be the editor of Vogue Paris, has a very chic and intriguing line of scents inspired by her lovers (ooh, la la); and Eris Parfums, which is all about subversive beauty, has a standout guava fragrance for spring/summer called Delta of Venus. Whenever the world gets too crazy, fragrance keeps me sane, haha. Till you next video, Yana, take care!

Omg! I had to get my tonsils out when I was 38, it was hell ! I went to a specialist who told me to “rinse with mouth wash” so frustrating. I was ready to go to the US and pay to have them out . Luckily my dad had a connection to another specialist and his was willing to take me on with out a referral. ( which never happens ) so finally had them out … it was hell on the healing but was worth it ! I feel so much better . And for the last 10 yrs have not had to be on antibiotics, before I had them out I was on antibiotics every 3- 6 months . So glad you got them out ❤

We moved from Ontario to Alberta RIGHT before the pandemic hit, so I can relate to the stress of moving! Our belongings didn't arrive for 13 days after we arrived to our new home, so we were practically squatting in our new place until it all arrived 😂 it was all worth it now, and we're grateful for the mountains 🏔 Glad things are settling down for you 💜

We’re moving from the US to Mexico, having to downsize 30 yrs worth of stuff (with 3 kids) from a 7 BR house to a 2 BR condo….we just got to the point where we’re tossing stuff and hiring junk removal people. It’s overwhelming. At least it’s behind you now, and you’re healthy!!!🎉

I had one tonsil suddenly swell and got infected. It wasn’t really painful it was scratchy. I went to the ER just because it had been going on for awhile and they made me stay and wait for the ENT. So that scared me. They said if it ever happens again I need my tonsils out. After several rechecks. It’s never happened again been 14 years but that was stressful. Glad you are all good now. Where did you get those mugs?

That's a scary experience but amazing that you got an ENT to look at you right away. Mine had been swollen for almost a year and it was such a mission to get to see an ENT.. The mugs are from Homesense! They often circulate these in their stock

So I am sitting right next to myb3 yearvold who just had his tonsils and adenoids removed at 10 a.m. this morning. I am súper stressed out and tired and I am watching your vids to relax me and yes, I have purchased your recommendations and I like 80% of them and regret the others. Could you do a fragrance must haves for women over 40? I like the young guy magnet scents but let's face it, been married almost 2 decades here and I am not trying to snatch anyone. I just like crisp, classy, confident smells. And yes, I guess I can splurge.

Yana still looks a bit sad or melancholic. You can tell it was a stressful and exhausting time.

For future reference, don't ever feel like you owe anyone explanations. Communicating that you were/are dealing with health issues is enough. It's your life and your privacy
