Anyone who still plays this game regularly has my respect and my sympathy at the same time, It’s been absolutely dreadful I get excited to play football from watching the Euros but 30 seconds did into a slow motion FC game when the opponent is switching from LB to RB I close the game straight away, Gameplay is awful servers are a joke menu content carries the game but playing is a joke I also believe play style+ have ruined the game even more it’s like playing mystery ball.

I agree with you, I have been playing FIFA since '99 and it has been my favorite game for so many years. I realized that I stopped playing FIFA 24 after only 3 months. FUT is so bad now, too many special cards, the market is ruined, the game engine is completely broken, I miss FIFA 17, 18, 19, maybe 20. Now FIFA is so bad.

A friend of mine went into a deep depression because of this game and I didn’t see him for 3 months. For some context FIFA/EAFC was the only game he would play and he was a daily gamer. Every time he would fire up his PS5 he would go from a good mood straight into a bad mood because he would have an anxiety attack thinking about playing EAFC. He now plays Helldivers and is a lot happier. I myself quit EAFC back in March and haven’t looked back. I will never buy another EAFC game, I have switched to Efootball and I have a much more enjoyable time

Hey bro I feel this on another level. I have played FUT religiously since it started all the way back in I think fifa 12. This is the first year I quit the game completely and my life has been so much healthier, this game somehow has a way of bringing out the worst in a person. Doesn’t matter how good you are now the game is built against you regardless. Tell your homie he has made a good decision not just for him but for his relationship with his mates. My friends literally didn’t even wanna play against me in fifa because as soon as I would lose against them id become hostile and nearly violent towards them sometimes and it’s a fucking game man. I haven’t touched it again and won’t it’s a pile of garbage.

As a long time subscriber but not watched in a hot minute, this is kind of nice to hear. It mirrors my feelings towards the game perfectly. When the games content is just a new promo for UT you know its finished. No creativity except in card designs. My hope is 2K smash it out the park with a single player career that can go online too (not hopeful). But I for one would enjoy the cards and maybe some box openings for sure. Happy content creator = more enjoyable content in my opinion. Show us the other stuff that you clearly enjoy.

Terrible pack weight in big packs, horrible gameplay, online game modes feel like a chore filled with guys taking advantage of playstyles and extremely toxic players. In fifa 23 playing rivals and champs was actually fun. Now I gotta do custom tactics and abuse finesse shots to even compete in division 1 and scrape wins in champs. I couldn’t even do the Enzo Fernandez card that would’ve fit in my past and present Chelsea squad because the game had to make it unreasonably hard to get the card

Thing is that all of us that used to watch you grew up and got busy doing other important things, and FIFA became such a time consuming game that you just can't play the game. You need to play everyday for at least 3-4 hours, cause if you don't you'll fall behind REAL quick. Before FIFA felt that it attached itself to football with Motm cards and Poty cards, now there are so many cards going out. So much so that a 95 rated card became normal to the average FIFA player. Thats why we stopped playing fifa.

Hey dude, totally feel where you're coming from. It's rough out there for football games right now. I actually quit playing FIFA myself in 2018. The gameplay just felt way too arcade-y and lost its touch. Ball physics, player movement, everything felt off. And don't even get me started on the braindead AI and those ridiculous feints! Totally agree, menus and fancy presentations don't make a game. It's all about that core gameplay, and right now it's just not there. UFL seems to be heading down the same path, which is a bummer. The new 2K FIFA is a question mark. Pay-to-win stuff is a major concern, but at least they might bring some fresh content. As for what's left? Honestly, eFootball might be the only decent option right now. It's way more simulation-based than the others, even if it has its issues. The potential seems real, just gotta get past their bad marketing. Maybe give it a shot, and if the flaws get ironed out by next year, you might have a good football game on your hands.

I Quit FC24 as well the players are much better and less frustrating now because stats are almost maxed out but the gameplay is bad. in the higher divisions you come up against FIFA players, not football minds.. they just do weird things corner glitches, kick off runs, cut backs, shots from distance. on top of that when you try to play football their ai is built to stop it.

Some people don’t necessarily watch the videos anymore just for fifa but we watch because you’ve become a part of our day and an exciting part of our life’s because you’ve become a friend

I didn’t remember fifa 23 being extraordinarily good. But since 2 months ive been playing 23 exclusively, and it is SOOOOOOO much better than FC 24. There’s not as many players online especially here in Australia, but bro please give it a shot again. I don’t think i will ever play FC again, unless 25 is really good. The kids love it. That’s who the game is catered for. They have lightning fast reflexes. They love to find an easy, cheap mechanic and exploit it until it breaks. That’s their market. Completely agree. Last weekend league I was 15-0 and then got 4 back to back forced losses. Yes I say forced losses because I can see I am suddenly playing with a bronze team with no response and ball watching players. This weekend league I went 10-9 and I did notice that in every alternative match my players were ball watching and not moving. Clearly scripting exists and the gameplay no longer enjoyable. Even the packs have account specific algorithms induced. I can easily notice that one group of players will pack all A list players like ToTS VVD Mbappe Messi Belli. These accounts will also pack Konate 97, Dias 97, Camavinga 98 Cruyff and others. There are other accounts who are restricted to B grade players and will never pack any of these A list players. EAs claims of fair pack luck for all is a BS. From top to bottom this game is rigged by algorithms to increase playtime and engagement.

It’s so hard to play. Especially online. The amount of times I ask myself “why tf didn’t he make the run” or “wtf is the defender doing” makes my blood boil. Had to delete it.

Man that takes a lot of integrity and courage. You a real G for that. A lot of people talk the talk but they chicken out. I haven’t even bought the game. Played it for free and it sucks really bad gameplay wise. It feels so fake everything and all the women in there just immersion breaking. They need a completely new engine and not just the engine, new code too, new EVERYTHING.

I fully agree on everything you say. But what you mean by park the bus? Everytime I try to defend a lead in this game I ended conceding goals 😭. This game is built for attacking only. When my players aren’t passing the ball to my opponent my goalkeeper letting in some weak dodgy goals

For me it’s the insane grind. There’s always a promo on with new cards and objectives, sbc’s etc. The market is wild and you’re never on a winner either with coins or rewards and your team is always behind the times within a week. That’s all before you actually play and have a horrible time because there’s no consistency. It’s over for me I am gone for good. It’s made to keep us all glued to a screen to grind until the next game and that’s just unhealthy and bad for your life. Get out now if you can.

But in the other hand the games has help me with stress and also strategizing with the way I play the game and also how I make choices in my personal, financial, work life. I’m still actively playing it. When TOTS dropped I stopped playing FUT for a while but I’m back at it. It’s pay to win still, but they’re giving out hell 92+ players for Season 7. Grinding out challenges and took my team from a 89ovr to a 94ovr.

Servers are absolutely trash. Pack weight is horrible. The reward of coming back to a game so broken is not there. The player movements, like the servers are slow. I play with one hand, due to cerebral palsy. Fifa was at one time a game that instantly brought me joy. The only connection I have with the game now is through KZreadrs like hashtag house, auzio, aa9. Thanks for the vid

fc24 is my first fifa since fifa 2003, i come back 21 years later...first 300hrs was rough, now im getting better hahah. For me is the biggest issue is that i win 2 games, then they give me some opponet with account from 2016, with whole team red....just too hard for a noob like me.

I used to play fifa ultimate team nonstop but this eafc24 is just trash, everything is scripted, there is no fun in playing, doesn’t matter if you are a great player, literally the game can put everything against you and you still lose with 30 shots vs 3 shots from the opponent, I know this can happen as well in real life but it is really rare, here in eafc24 happens a lot and you can see the game goes against you very often, I agree with you bro the game is not good right now.

I have been a long term admirer of FIFA games since i switched from PES years ago. I never thought I would say this but FIFA 24 is the only game that has impacted my mental health and anxiety levels. The gameplay sucks like never before. There are too many needless mechanics to learn and opening new packs isn’t exciting anymore. I actually quite enjoyed FIFA 23 and I still play that from time to time (once or twice a month) but I had to uninstall FIFA 24. My mental health has been much better since then. I hope FIFA realise they’ve messed up with this new game and do better next time instead of just counting their money!

All i wish is that they’d add a performance mode for console to play at 120 fps. That would fix most of the gameplay issues

Last one I had played was FIFA 20. I waited several years, bought FC24 yesterday on Steam's Sale. Currently got 10 hours in and I'm already getting tired. I'm tired of playing Real Madrid on Seasons, even trashing mid players using RM gets annoying because you're always facing the same Vini Jr/Rodrygo bullshit on the wings. Volta is fun enough but completely ruined by those power-ups and selfish players. I don't feel like I'll be opening the game all that often. Still worth it for 14€ but damn, the game's cooked, it feels so bad compared to what it once was, the game doesn't feel snappy at all.

Don’t blame you man but Ultimate team has stopped being fun since FIFA 17 career mode with mods is about the only way to play the game but it does make it a good bit better.
