Honestly I am glad to hear he's doing well financially. He made himself a well deserved million by saving thousands of other people millions and preventing thousands of broken devices from becoming e-waste. And all while entertaining and teaching others for free on youtube not just electronics and failure tracking without schematics. He also teaches values, high moral standards and good and humble values. One of my favorite content creators by far.

Here in the UK developers would build three or four houses on plots of land the size of those houses you went through, and charge £500,000 each. Man you worked hard and built the business up, now's the time to reap the benefits and get that house of your dreams. Thanks for sharing this with us

They would build 3-4 in the gap between the houses - that was an observation a Canadian friend made when in the UK.

@@PaulGrayUK Yup, The house up the road has a garden about the size of the drive way and lawn in one of the houses shown in the video. They have applied for planning permission to build a 4 bedroom detached house on it !. The rooms will be about the size of a closet found in US houses !!

I'm 29, about to be 30. I own my house free and clear now. No Mortgage, I worked my ass off daily for where I am. 18-20 hour days sometimes. It's been rough but well rewarding. I'm glad you're doing what you love. I'm not religious but your morals are amazing!

Alex you don’t owe anyone an explanation. Your a dedicated family man, dedicated to your faith and profession and you bust your butt seeking the American dream. America needs more people like you with integrity and compassion and know what it’s like to sacrifice to get ahead. Wishing you and the family many years of joy and memories in your new home. But please. Don’t overwork yourself. Take some time to enjoy your loved ones and the fruits of your labor. Wow on prices in CA today. Many other states are crazy too in prices. 1.4 mill is close to average on the entire west coast these days.The better part of a million bucks will buy you a three bedroom, fixer upper bungalow in one of the more run down parts of Portland Oregon - a city where one can't go downtown these days without fearing for one's life. I ran my own business for 25 years. So I know how hard it can be at times. Those that put in the time and energy required to make a business successful certainly deserve to reap the rewards . Pay no attention to any negative comments. Not everyone is willing to take the required risks. I live not far from you in West Hills, also a very nice neighborhood. The homes here are now selling in the 1-1.5 million dollar range. Luckily, I bought it 36 years ago for $300,000.
