Hi ^-^ As a Sky Veteran since the 3rd season, I understand how you feel. For me, Sky is a game that I uninstall for a while when it gets boring, then re-install it because I haven't found a better mobile game so far, and I love talking to new people :D All your reasons are completely valid. I wish you well in your life. And sth that I personally realized about your character is that you're a very creative person. been playing since Assembly and feel the same about the game. It’s got such a unique charm and calm to it but it does get boring when candle running is a chore

I was thinking of quitting too, but i decided to just take breaks every now and then. Goodluck on your next journey

My mental health improved a lot when i uninstalled the game, might sound ridiculous, but i totally get that point. After quite a while i got to play again and now i know, how important is just to know that, Sky is just another game and it's okay to just stop playing and forget about it forever or just for a long while. We will welcome you if you ever change your mind, even if it's just to see how the game has changed, hang out, say hi or just nostalgia. Take care and farewell!

I haven’t uninstalled Sky (the thought of losing my account, along with everything I’ve worked for, and any contact with my old friends makes me feel a bit sick), but I’ve definitely spent time away from it. I’m actually really excited for the next season. It looks like 💩, which means I can skip it! A whole 90 days of peace where my subconscious won’t berate me for missing a day because I’ll miss the chance to get cosmetics I’ve been playing Sky for 4 years, and it is a huge grind. I’m not sure if I’ll every uninstall the game (Again, I have invested way too many hours to let go. I used spend over 6 hours playing Sky almost every single day for a year. I can’t begin to imagine how many hours I’ve spent in total). It’s just too bittersweet for me. I don’t want to become one of those vets that I hated when I was a moth. The kind that acted like your friend, and then left one day without ever coming back. If I ever did delete the game for any reason, I’d have to say goodbye. I wouldn’t have the heart to just… delete it without a word

Tho I haven't left/took a break from the game for even once, I can totally get you. It is exhausting. And guess what, though I have been playing this game for past 4 years almost (Season of Enchantment) I get to see newer sky kids flexing more good cosmetics because they have money, and some of us don't. I feel like this game isn't rewarding enough for the old players unless they're spending money on it. They could have done atleast one-two things exclusive things for us. Sometimes I think from general POV, just let every sky kid experience a season without restricting it using a season pass for atleast once. So atleast they can something good to wear or everyone would like. This was all about the cosmetics part. Ofc they need to make grinding easier. Not everyone who plays sky are playing it because they are hardcore gaming nerd, some of us play simply to take a brief break from actual life. Though I myself have sufficient candle+heart saved, I see a lot of my friends getting discouraged as they miss stuffs due to not having enough of them and eventually quitting the game. I have lost a lot of my friends for this reason honestly. I just can't understand how tgc are not able to understand these stuffs.

For real. The main reason I played was because of the cosmetics, and as I said in the video, their quality has really declined over the past couple of seasons. They just don't have that interesting element that previous seasons did. I'm still a *relatively* new player compared to others (my first season was Shattering) and I miss my moth season so much. It was so much more enjoyable back then. Aurora was the last really good season. Ever since then, it almost feels like TGC isn't trying with seasons anymore. Thank you for watching my videos ❤

I joined Sky as a way to relax and heal. I had too much free time for a short while so I decided to try it out. And everything was so amazing. I met a very kind vet who patiently taught me things and took me to Eden to meet the Little Prince. But soon I'll be back to work and the CR routine will take too much time to spare. I imagine I will slowly step back from the game as I get busier. The only thing I regret is to leave my friends who spent time and took care of me as a moth. I really enjoyed their company but I just don't want to go in, do CR, small talks after a long day of real life hardship. I hope the game gets more exciting in a way that is not too stressful for players.

Understandable I am candle running in two accounts and can't keep up with everything I even stop playing for a day or two but I come back to sky for the realms, it became a virtual escape. I don't get to go to the beach often so I head to Sanctuary islands and treasure reef (I like swimming). anyway best wishes from a random sky kid

As someone who played sky for years i can only say play for fun don't make it into an obsession such as collecting all the costumes, finishing the constellation, doing cr everyday. Its okay to take a break, and not worry about what you will miss out. The game is like every other game which tries to keep people hooked. As of lately yes seasons are not good so are the cosmetics. Same kind of events, and 20 candles a day. It is extremely repetitive. I took a long break from sky because i had things to do irl. When i came back there was a lot of new things. It was not as exciting but it was okay. Its better to take a break. Hopefully you will come back and find new changes ❤

As a veteran too, i agree with this comment. Maybe for this particular reason, you should take a break. If you're burned out of using the same route everyday, why not changing your route ? There are so many different path and different routes that you can take unlike some times ago, if you feel burned out of this routine, why not spend some time finding a new one ? Like for exemple (i don't know if it's your case), when the windpaths opened in season of flight, i didn't saw a lot people taking advantage of it, but it's such a different way to cr. And I agree, you don't need to have all cosmetics, and if they are ugly for you, don't buy them, don't buy the season pass and just enjoy chilling in the game =) for event items, they will return the next year (like the rose cape right now, i wasn't able to buy it last year, and i can this year =) ), same for the seasonal spirits, they will return as TS one day eventually (and when you are a veteran and you have most of the spirits, i can assure you that you are really happy a very new TS arrives haha) but yeah, this game is not your work, you don't have to spend hours on it if you're not having fun. Maybe, stop cr ? Just go for a slow walk in forest and listen to the rain, help moths who are loosing their light, go in the canyon of the deer area to protect the ones who aredoing the first quest for the first time. Go in prairie or golden wasteland social area to have a bit of chaos and meet really fun people. Go to sanctuary island and test where you can dive the highest ! There's actually so many little things you can do to have fun and that doesn't requiere you to cr, and doing these things, you'll have candles eventually. of course, i'm not judging your decision of leaving, i saw your other arguments and they are totally valid, and i'm no one to tell you what to do (i'm just a stranger in the internet haha). But i do think too, that you need more a break than an indefinite departure from Sky =) And i really hope, if you return, that you'll really enjoy yourself, discovering new things, and feel like a moth again ;) (sorry for this really really long comment XD)

@@ClemSuavitas yea I agree with you. I always change my cr routine, also I don't do the realm in order. Sometimes I get bored and I don't Max my candles. Usually I try to have fun with cr. If I am done with cr I go to Eden to help moths, while we end up taking pictures lol. Like you mentioned yes the same cosmetics do come back. Right now the capes of days of bloom don't look so good and are extremely expensive so I didn't buy them. Ts yes they always come back. Till today I have only bought two seasonal passes. I don't spend on it. But I think some or many newcomers buy them consistently and lose interest, and like collecting everything. I still haven't finished my constellations lol. It's better to just play it as a game as for passing time and having fun. Also the chaos in GW is totally out of control sometimes 😂😂😂

Your reasons are 100% valid, i didn't play for a full year yet and I already feel what you're feeling, and I notice a lot of TS cosmetics looks way cooler than recent seasons i witnessed

I can definitely understand the sense of burnout you've been getting. Quitting for all your reasons is perfectly valid. If it may help, should you ever pick up the game again, I am a veteran of 4 years and I'd like to share my own advice/experience in being able to maintain a healthy enough experience with Sky. Short version: Change my mental and in-game approach to things. Eventually I'm able to play sky on a daily basis and have a healthy candle wallet. To put things into perspective, I play Sky once a day and have over 2000 candles. (I would have over 3 to 4k if I never spent any of my candles) The one time I got burnt out of Sky was when it was still during my moth-butterfly days during the Season of Dreams. As more maps were added, full candle runs became longer and more straining on both mental health and time. I took a week-long break from sky and re-adjusted my approach to obtaining candles. Changing my mentality. I love collecting the rewards of each base realm, event and season and I strived to purchase as many as possible, but could not with the amount of time and candles I obtain. Instead I accepted the fact that I may not get them all and should wait for their return. As long as the event or spirit returns, there is hope for next time. I became a low-spender. Changing my runs. I decided to only run my daily tasks and farm candles until my first Chevron runs out. That usually means running until I can Forge up to 5 regular candles each day. 5 candles a day + any extras I may come across from regular daily tasks or hanging out with friends on their runs, will accumulate nicely in no time. Because of a short run, I am free to enjoy anything else Sky has to offer, or spent time with myself, my friends or log off and do something else. Hearts are another story. I was able to meet many friends who actively play or are on-and-off. I don't acquire many hearts on a regular basis but I hardly spend any that I have. Lighting and receiving heart fragments from friends or obtaining from spirits and quests are what I get and its enough. If you pair this acceptance with being a low-spender, you'll accumulate plenty of hearts when you really need them. For me, this need doesn't come often. I now have over 100 hearts. Overall in my 4 years of playing, I have missed about 12 days of playing Sky. 7 days due to taking a week-long break and 5 or so days because I forgot or fell asleep when I planned to play at night. I am 2K+ Candles and 100+ Hearts strong and enjoying Sky with a more colorful lens and healthy mentality. However if this is a final good bye, then it was a pleasure to have had a great Skykid join the world. Have a fine day!

This is the first video I've seen of you (I'm French, sorry for my English) I've been playing for 8 months, so far I'm having a lot of fun, but I share your analysis. The CR is way too long, they should do an update so the candles go up a lot faster. People spend too much time on this game per day to keep up, and I find it a bit unhealthy. There are a lot of children, 10, 11, 13, 16 years old. They have homework, things to do, and they get stuck in the game, it makes me a little sad. I'm 36 years old, when I was young, video games on phones didn't exist. In the room I had nothing to do, so I read, I drew or did my homework. I see 13-year-old friends sneaking in in the middle of the night to grab candles or talk with people, even though they have school the next day. It looks a bit like a trap. We really need to be able to do everything quickly, and for parents to monitor their children more (even if it's almost impossible since they can play on their phones in their rooms...) In any case I like this game, but when I go back to work I won't be able to keep up either. For me the solution is to just play the new quests, like a normal game. Log in to do the season quests, discover the new levels, and that's it. We can think that we have enough outfit and just play the game. But I know it's difficult because everything is so cute :) In any case, if you spend too much time on this game you are right to take a break and refocus on yourself, your friends, playing sports, family, self-cultivation. I subscribed, I will watch your old videos anyway. Big kiss from France ;)

I mostly play sky to relax and get a feeling of security❤ it helps me relax after a long day. But I understand things have changed and not everyone is happy with it! Good luck and I hope you find another place that can relax you more than sky did❤

I think sky is an excellent game to play from time to time with friends. Just to relax and forget about other problems while you get some wax and enjoy the scenery/music. I don't think it's good to think of it as a game to play everyday or really really frequently. It's nice to get in and see that things have suddenly changed in the game. At least that has been my personal experience. I play when I don't know what to do or draw, also when I introduce new people to it that's specially fun. I love seeing their reactions while we play together.

I totally understand where you're coming from! I've been playing since Season of Lightseekers and watched how the quality of the game slowly the rapidly declined over the seasons. Everything just feels boring now, IAP's are hella expensive and barely and of my friends play anymore. I've taken a break after Aurora and just restarted the other day. Your reasons are completely valid, I rarely stopped by to watch your videos, but they were always so refreshing, giving that sky is such a repetitive game. I wish you all the best and if you ever feel like returning we'd be more than happy to see you!

Such a good decision I'm also thinking to delete this game and the reasons are quite similar as you showed in this video And I'm also tired of trading hearts with my friends and the ppls I meets in the game they gave me hearts without asking me and I don't like this at all but its still takes so much time to collect 50 and 30 hearts then unlock constellation capes and wing buffs Our mental peace and health is more important then this all

As a Sky veteran, some of the reasons feel relatable as hell lmao (I feel weird calling myself a vet but I am reaching my 3rd Sky anniversary so,,, ) I'm sorry to hear about the permanent gameplay bugs that you're having :') But feeling burnouts from all the candle running is perfectly valid! I used to take breaks between seasons too coz the events were taking a toll on me (⊙_⊙;) (this is before Event Currency existed) And if you were to quit for good, that's completely valid as well ( •̀ ω •́ )y I wish you the best in life from this day forward!! I'm glad that you were able to leave Sky with a lot of good memories (✿◡‿◡)

I took a break from sky in season of assembly until the end of revival :) Thats like, 2 years and I’m finally back since its still chill sometimes. I can agree that things in sky wend kind of downhill :> get a lot of rest!!

The reason season of nesting has so little cosmetics is because it’s not about the cosmetics, it’s about the entire housing system with furniture they are adding.

I don't think it was a great move to be honest. As thatskymouse said, people like the cosmetics more than anything in a season, with the props that are purely decoration often collecting dust in the closet (I have yet to see one person wearing that pot that the Herb Gatherer has). The imbalanced focus on the furniture just wasn't a good decision. This is all coming from somebody that's excited about the houses and junk too, so- 😭

@@gushcraftgaming I don't think they should've focused on cosmetics, but my problem is how heavily they focused on furniture. While there are some really cool furniture items, there are only three cosmetics outside of the Ultimate Gifts, with only one of them being free. They could've cut back on it just a bit to have more cosmetics than there currently is, especially since there's bound to be more furniture in future events and updates anyways.

I think the reason are cosmetics are declining is cause tgc wants to try something new. They wanna get us props for our new homes to do something new. Sadly tho this game is usually something people like dressing up and collecting for. TGC I think is either one helping vets use up their hearts or 2 trying to get us to stop buying ever little thing in the game and to stop worrying and just have fun lkaying with friends. The problem is you still have to candle hjnt every day and tgc makes it hard not to wanna hanging out with friends and just go candle hunting. I think what would benefit tgc is if we had a nother system to get candles and hearts? Like let us keep the candle runs sure but what if we had another task system that feels more rewarding? Something that gives us like at 5 or 10 candles a day to just spend time with friends or spirts or even just to make stuff? I wish we can just have another system so we can chill and we can do other things outside of the game.

I’m thinking about quitting too, it takes so long to get candles and it’s hard to get the cosmetics you want. Like you said 20 is not enough. I used to farm at hotsprings 24/7 and wake up and get so many candles from that but now since they took that away it’s so hard to get candles and I barely make it on time for grandma n geyser at least give us 50 candles for free😭

I'm watching this as a memory after quitting Sky myself, just to remember what the game was like. I hope everyone who still plays, and that I played with myself, still have fun though :D

I totally feel this. The last season I actually played was aurora. I had played every single day for 2+ years prior and also got burnt out over time by loss of excitement for the items and the burdening feeling of HAVING to candle run the exact same route for at least an hour. This game is so amazing and super fun as a passive play but it definitely need more variety and cute cosmetics to keep long term players anymore 😕🤷🏼‍♀️

I want to quit too. For similar reasons, mainly because I neglect my life because sky takes up so much time. The reason why I haven't quit for more than a few weeks is ridiculous. I would miss my friends. Potentially disappoint them. But they should accept it, right? Maybe they're just friends with me because I could uber them everywhere and spoil them with hearts, who knows. My first sky friends had no problem quitting too, without saying goodbye.

It’s okay I got my account deleted 4 times for no reason at all and then I quit for a year but I came back and now I’m here, I’m a veteran but I’m also very close to quitting sky for a moment, it just gets boring sometimes and I feel like leaving, but I left before so why leave? the reason it’s so hard for me to leave is because I abandoned my old friends and never came back, I’m afraid I might do the same with my current friends, I don’t want that to happen and then I come back and they’re mad at me for leaving without saying good bye to them, it’s understandable, I mean sky is a wonderful game but there’s too many bugs and glitches, I also am getting tired and I feel like I can’t keep up with sky I just feel like everything’s going too fast for me, I think I need to rest for a while and I will return when I feel way better, sky is dying out and I want the old one back but I can’t do that when it’s not the same, I agree that TGC lost its taste in clothes and traveling spirits, I think I will retire and return, so bye I hope you feel better “that sky mouse” I want everyone to feel good about themselves, but I also don’t want then to be tired and feel hopeless so bye again and thank for all you did to help me with what I needed to lift me up, goodbye everyone❤

I've only been playing for 2 weeks and it's really sad to see that many people are getting so tired of this game. This happens with everything you devote a lot of time to in life, it seems to me. Right now, for me, Sky is a place for relaxation after job, a little chill and fun with strangers. This game is all about communicating with others and not running for cosmetics and candles, and I want to appreciate it for this reason tbh. If you ever decide to return, I hope it will be for the good memories and not the farming, but until that - good luck irl:D

I quit too. I used to love that game. Had a bunch of bad experiences all at once. I do miss some of my friends and appreciate all their help.

Truly, I understand, Sky has been a great place. Though for other reasons I am not on as much as I had been. Toxic chat and occasional “new” with high prices it’s hard to stay… active. Though for the years I’ve been here. I’ll stay, until more of the 5* implicate me. If you return I know the Skies will welcome you, (PC, Switch, Mobile, all platforms). But as you leave, thank you for the lovely videos and I wish you the best where ever you land!-

I took a break after season of aurora and recently got back into playing bc of cinnamorol. After 2 days of playing, I already feel like quitting again 😔

Honestly, I find sky to be a game where you really have to enjoy it for what it is. Not what's coming. The reason I've been playing Sky for as long as I have been, is because I really enjoy the routine. I enjoy CRing, and watching other players, and taking a nap with my friends while our skykids cuddle. Things to come are always fun, and it can be exciting to see whats next. But to be really, truly fulfilled by sky, you have to be the type of person who enjoys the routine and monotony. And you have to listen to yourself when you need breaks. Not everyine is that type of person, and that's _okay._ But if you're not, you have to be more mindful of your needs and wants when playing sky.

I understand how you feel, I’m a Little Prince moth and pretty much from the time I started the game I was grinding. However, your health and well-being always goes before a game; sometimes things are there to help you heal and only for a certain amount of time. Rest well, and we wish you the best in life 💜

I personally, I'm glad TGC is offering different things for Season of Nestion other than cosmetics, it's a nice little change for a limited time, and I look forward to it since I'm a sucker for decoration little houses! Although the prices for the stuff that season of nesting offers are quite high, it will give me more of a reason to keep grinding every day.

I feel the same way, I left a long time ago because I didn't have the same vibe with my friends anymore ,I have a job that takes up my time and is repetitive ,I love that I had a happy time with sky but I don't feel like it's worth it anymore ,Gameplay to get candles is tiring and the interesting paid items are too expensive in my currency.

Awww, its Alright, i can really understand this thing 🌸 Lately sky is asking me to free up atleast 6 gb phone storage for an update and 6 gb is a lot for me. So i dont even know if i will continue playing or anything. Also, the repetition makes sky boring.

Well, it's okay to quit. As for me, the last time I'm playing Sky is before the Aurora concert and then I quited because the repetitiveness and I don't think I can wait for my long-waited TS to come. And just recently I'm playing Sky again just because I miss the vibes but with my new acc, cause as a moth, there's so much thing to do so I don't have to feel bored. I don't care much about cosmetics. I have all I need in game. I still play daily but not as excessive as I used to. I have over 3000 candols and 1000 bearts. I don't need to do cr every day. I get your point and accept your decision. I will welcome you back with open arms, if you decide to return.

As a devoted Remembrance moth who adores my first season, yeah I can agree that all the cosmetics from Remembrance onward have been... lacking at best. Amongst all the other issues, like TGC not being able to actually keep the game functioning for 5 seconds and breaking it to ridiculous levels every single update, every actually decent cosmetic being paywalled for insane prices, etc. The only thing that keeps me candle running is my lingering moth FOMO, but I doubt that'll last much longer.

i took a break for a few years from the game for this reason. if you dont spend real money, of which i remember spending at least 200, you cant afford anything at all even if you slave away at daily candle routes, afk farm and beg as many friends as you can for hearts. its a real downer when you choose not to spend money anymore just to not be able to afford things anymore and seeing everyone else rocking stuff way before realistically possible without money. the game is extremely money hungry and not any better than a gacha game in that regard and all that for mid cosmetics... im lucky if i can get enough hearts and candles to afford one candle item and one heart item by the very end of a season doing everything in my power. at least thats my memory of the gameplay and revisitng today, it feels the same.

I agree with everything and would even add the story. They changed the course of history to nod to a specific community. I say this because Eden and little angels are not very difficult to understand where the inspiration comes from, but they are doing everything they can to change that because the majority of the LGB community doesn't like it, they even changed names in my language that this community doesn't like. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying I'm against the LGB community, I support it, I'm saying that TGC is more concerned about pinkmoney than making a really good game. It seems to be working, as they even hired Aurora with the most played song at its peak... Anyway, the game had potential, but now it's just another one. The best thing I did was download an emulator and buy Stardew Valley. I feel the fun of playing video games again

The only thing I disagree with is the cosmetics getting worse. I really like the 9 color deer cosmetics and they go very will together as will as with older and base cosmetics. The herb gatherer, and princess dress are some of my favs. I also liked the capes and shoes from revival and wished I could have gotten the ult gifts in time

Sky is not about grinding ( that also a player made pressure and force) jenova and tgc many many time said it’s about connections not you should choose not be greedy to think you need to get all at once it’s a option sadly many players play so pressure it’s completely against that the origin was ( feel free watch tgc or jenova Chen interviews )

I like this game for the things you dont. I can relax and play withouth getting too much into it. I dont want to be obssesed with a game, and I just colect candles when I feel it. I love how I can fly, the sounds and everything. Its so relaxing. This coming season doesnt interest me and I dont have the need to have everything of every season, so I can play in a healthy way.

It's fine to just take a break from something you have been with for a long time. I started to play Sky since Season of Sanctuary, and I stopped after Season of Dream. Since then I have been on and off for a long time (4 years I guess). I don't have all the seasonal cosmetics, only those from the seasons that I feel like I want to play (I did purchased the seasonal pass for those seasons). And yeah since I'm an oldbie of this game I can proudly say that I have enough cosmetics to change and enjoy my outfit when I log in. You don't need to collect everything in this game, just take a break and save up for something good may come later. Or you can do like me, quit game until you feel like you're missing the feeling flying around in Sky. I know some people like collecting cosmetics and really do try hard to save up candles for them. It could be easier for oldbie because they already got those items from every maps and cosmetics from TS that has visited. But for newbie, I have to say that they will have to deal with a lot of pressure and will need a lot of time to save up candles, and I guess this is because TGC wants them to buy the candles pack 👀. After all, this is just a game to chill around. I understand that players want their Skykid to look pretty, but if the process of doing candles run and trying hard to get the cosmetics you want make you feel tired and unworthy, that mean you should ask yourself "do you really need this?". Also after I returned to Sky this season I feel like the game is full of bugs and cracks, I hate it so much 😭. Devs don't even fix them like they used to do in those early seasons anymore. P/s: I am not a native English speaker so my grammar is not good, pls forgive me.

I quit Sky months ago after 2 anniversary to play this game. I moved forward to play Beta for good, but if I changed my mind or not, I'll make decision if I return to play Sky again next year or maybe not.

I quit sky as well just because I got kind of bored of it. But if someone says don’t quit forcefully, don’t listen to them because you get to make your own choices.

Sky is not just about cosmetics i started playing 4 years ago and 2-3 years i spend only socializing without candle running at all so i had one outfit and i was happy with it. This meant cosmetic quality and how easy it is to get candles was not important to me at all! I did collect some candles tho but i only spent them on emotes and friendship leveling

Why is so many people getting recommended of a 500 sub KZreadrs leaving sky 😭 Been playing off an on since season of little prince. It's very common for every sky player to take breaks and hiatus's over time to anyone who is getting burnt out !

same another big reason for me is my friends leaving/getting too busy I know I could just make new friends but I'm too tired Building meaningful relationships is hard and takes a lot of energy I don't have that anymore And those relationships were the primary reason for me to play Sky So I'll leave for now and just log on to get wing buffs from ts and maybe cr for a few days beforehand if they have a cosmetic I really really want But other than that my star will probably stay dark a lot Take care, Skykids

Sky could easily change at least the amount of candles a day and how easy they are to obtain, make it fair, instead of just trying to profit off of players. As someone who plays this mostly for flying, honking and greeting strangers, story and seasons (and is also kinda bored with sky and it's bugs), this came as an surprise to me as well. It's my first time to see someone who's priority is cosmetics (listed at no.1 on list) but since it is just a game it's understandable. Different people, different things they like.

I'm spending hours and hours just to get cosmetics (that aren't even that great anymore). And I only just realised how silly it was. That's the main reason why I'm quitting :)

I am barely hanging on game myself with honking and playing around other skykids (coz all my friends left and I am not skilled at making friends), randomly collecting event items cuz they're more easy and waiting for my last 2 spirits i.e. that yellow cape musician from dreams and electric guitarist from performance. Nine coloured deer kinda made me excited with it's quests and story and I really loved it but otherwise, I was playing it once a week or two after remembrance.

After this season, I think I’ll be taking a break there’s not breathing room anymore to just play with ur friends and relax, we have to cr extensively just to afford the upcoming cosmetics…all these events back to back is insane. I’m burnout and quite angry tbh

Another problem with sky is that tgc always thinks about the new players, never the old ones. Our repetitive candle runs, and the understanding that not always will we have friends so not always will be able to unlock the 8 players doors or the 2 players etc..

A reason you might not have been able to join a particular player could be either one of you accidentally warp blocked the other on friendship tree. Has happened with me accidentally. This happens with many people too. I see it being reported as bug few times. But well...

The problem wasn’t me joining friends, I could do that. The problem was when I was on a server at any time if I wasn’t already with a friend, I wouldn’t be able to join anyone at all. I was always completely alone on servers, and not even strangers could join me.

It only took me 10 hours before I took a 3 day step away from the game from how grindy it seems and at this rate I dont feel like its worth continuing to play. The only worthwhile things you can get are either from two years ago and unobtainable or costs 50 bucks. If even then at that point stuff you want to get requires HOURS of time in total for weeks of doing the same thing over and over to get it. Its kind of... Broken lol.
