As a Clara main, I'm definitely picking up Luocha. His kit sounds like it would synergize with hers perfectly, and it'd be nice to have a healer that isn't the same element since I only have Natasha

I would suggest looking into building March 7th then as a companion for Clara and build March as a defense focused character. Her shields will cause enemies to target clara more often, which means that both March and Clara will both get counter attacks every time Clara is hit, and if you get March to E6 then her shields also heal and she will provide a free shield to whichever ally is the lowest health when the fight starts. So she both shields and heals AND her skill can remove debuffs from allies. Also, for some reason, any ally with a shield will be healed by March every time they take a turn as long as the shield is intact, even if the shield was not applied by March. So the MC can provide shields to the entire team while March provides the bigger shield to Clara, and your entire team will heal every turn essentially without using skill points, it's insane. With a team of preservation MC, Clara, March and a good AOE damage dealer of whatever element you choose, you really don't need a dedicated healer or buffer.

@@magickmynd1296 oh yeah, March is always the second character I prioritize when leveling stuff lol. I don't like using fire mc with Clara though because they steal some of Clara's counter attacks with the taunt skill, so it's just easier to use a healer instead

Yukongs buffs are actually INSANE, but i dont know if what i looked at was lvl max or lvl 1, but basically she has 75% attack 27% crit rate and 62% crit dmg buff

It only applies to the next 2 characters that act though, so she essentially has to save it for when the DPS character is about to ult.

Its important to note that even though yukong's buff only applies to the next two allies, you dont necessarily have to use it before dps characters. For example ting yun benefits from attk% due to her own buff scaling off of it, so you can use yukong's buff to get a bigger snapshot of ting yun's buff. Luocha's heals also scales off of attack, so you could also use it in that scenario. So her buff is actually a little more versatile than first glance. Also you could use it right before 5 enemies hit clara, making all of clara's counter attacks do more damage before your characters go again. Its not all upside though. since it does expire after 2 actions, yukong will be a very skill point hungry character, meaning if you were to try to pair her up with seele and bronya, there is no way you can support that team comp skill point wise. Oh one more thing about yukong, she actually pairs well with jing because he doesnt need her buff until lightning lord hits sincehis skill and ult arent the bulk of his damage you can use her skill and ulti right before lightning lord acts, since lightning lords with multiple hits benefit way more from crit stats than other characters. 10 hits all critting with added crit damage is more than if you buffed 1 single attack

the best thing about the livestream is that they show the 4 stars on the banner character and lightcone.. also the 10 pulls log in event.. 🤩🤩

No. Her E6 gives one stack on her Ult. But that’s about it.

I'm also hyped with luocha, too bad we have to wait longer. At least I have more time to save jades.

Eh. I’m glad to wait a little longer for Luocha. Need to recover a little bit after going after Jing Yuan (and succeeding, of course).

For those rare people who would have these units; Welt , Luocha , Silverwolf and Yukong is a superb team to annoy enemies on top of having decent damage.

I got bailu and Natasha but I'm still getting luocha, I need an abundance character that can do bit of damage. Because I think in the future updates of star rail, enemies tend to grant debuffs to your team and able to heal + cleanse is a good addition and able to remove buffs from enemies is a great, Pela can remove buffs but only single target.

will definitely pull for mr. luocha :D and skip 1st half. To be honest i was hoping dan heng will be in his banner, he fits there more, it feels that they did it on purpose, thats my only disappointment, i'm looking forward to the new events tho.

I have a guarantee for Loucha - now all I need to do is save wishes but as an f2p that is gonna take some time so kinda glad Sliver Wolf is in the first phase - I would also like Loucha’s S1 LC but I’ll see what happens with my character pulls and go from there

Problem with Silverwolf is the Element she applies is of Random Ally. Unless you play some Mono Team, there is a chance of applying not DPS weakness on the Enemy which wastes Turns. Because not everyone in the team is DPS. In case most are not.

I could be wrong, and seriously coping, but the whole 2 turns for yukong’s buff could mean the turns you have during forgotten hall, where 1 turn equals everyone on the field completing one action. It would be cool if this were the case but idk just throwing in my two cents

he's an otto expy, so like, an alternate universe version of otto, like natasha and seele, so he *technically* is him. we also know void archives is somewhere out there in hsr, if it helps any.

Silverwolf’s skill does not stack. Only gives you one weakness at a time. Plus, it has to win the effect hit rate, so tougher to hit against bosses. Plus, you’ve got the RNG of getting the right weakness.

Well I don't think it will try to apply a weakness that the boss already has, that wouldn't make much sense. So if you try for artifacts that increase her effect hit rate and you are fighting a boss that has elemental weakness to most of your characters, but not the one you really want, like no lightning weakness for example, but it has the others, then your chance of getting the lightning weakness applied should be pretty high. I doubt they would nerf her too heavily or no one would use her.

@@magickmynd1296 ok, never said it would apply an existing weakness. But if you have a lightning team for example, then there’s always a chance she applies a quantum weakness which is almost useless. Unless you’re playing an all quantum team, there’s always a chance of getting a weakness you may not want. Hence, the RNG.

I want Silverwolf but I can't find a use for her in my teams. Right now the quickest way to clear MoC is one hypercarry, one harmony support and a preservation and healer. She will most likely excel way later on in the game where you can have more mono typing teams so she doesn't give the wrong weakness to the boss.

He has an AoE heal in a way, when his burst field is active any character that attacks gets healed. Not to mention he has a free auto heal every 2 turns. At worst you might want to bring a tank like Fire MC or March as well but over all he should be good as a solo healer.

One of his traces includes AOE healing, it's not a lot of healing but it's great that it exists. "When any enemy in the Field is attacked by an ally, all allies (except the attacker) restore HP equal to 7% of Luocha's ATK plus 93"
