3 Reasons why I got rid of my Aftermarket K swap Swivel Neck Thermostat.
1) Thermostat rating is less than OEM
2) Leaks
3) Sensors don't fit correctly into the housing.

I too took that junk out and put the oem ones backed in. By the way ktuned came out with the version 2 you can check it out.

Yes, I did see that recently. Ktuned at one point was selling a very similar design as this aftermarket swivel neck thermostat mention in the video. Here is another company that has a good design because it uses the OEM thermostat as well. kzread.info/dash/bejne/o6aDz8GfearLiag.html
Having problems also i feel like the swivel kneck also thermostat is to small so car coolant wont flow fast causing pressure to build in the system. I might switch to oem also thanks for the video 🤘🏽

Yeah I notice right away when I install this aftermarket thermostat, hence the cheap price. This is kind of pricey the Hybrid Racing k-series adjustable thermostat housing but its made for k swaps and is close to OEM specs. www.hybrid-racing.com/products/hybrid-racing-k-series-adjustable-thermostat-housing Or you can do a budget one like what @Almostboosted did which made sense. Yeah I just got mine in the mail and supposedly it’s a MaxPeedingRods version (or at least that’s what the brand was labeled on eBay said it was) and it’s complete DooDoo. One of the bolt holes too small, doesn’t line up etc.

Maybe you could help me with my k24a at lights goes to 205when driving then drops some times goes to 210 then drops but at lights only I have same as in the video should I cut two holes in it or upgrade radiator I got upgraded radiator but the fit is to close to tps sensor and my alternator now I have to send it back

The bracket I made was something I made real quick solution for my issue and its not a perfect bracket.
