dont forget we have more to explore at Borneo Island, go to Sarawak for the most Niah cave or visit the Iban longhouse where you still can see the real skulls from head hunting long time ago and dont miss the Rainforest World Music Festival at Kuching will be held from 28th-30th June this year. You may also join the Harvest Festivals or we call it Gawai Dayak. Proceed to watch the Urang Utan at Semenggoh Wildlife Centre. Thn go to Sipadan island in Sabah and watch the Pygmy elephant. Also enjoy the local cuisines...cheers!!

It does rain quite a fair bit in Malaysia. Recently we're getting searing hot afternoons and then it will rain cats and dogs in the evenings. I won't say Air Asia is cheap these days. If you add the baggage and meal fees it could end up more expensive than legacy carriers which already has bags and food included in their fares

Ahhh. So interesting about air Asia. It was so cheap in 2022. I’ll see what you mean when I’m there this year.

I studied in canada for 2.5 years. Very cold and dry during long winters. But it has beautiful national parks like banf. But basically i cannot stand the winters.

Lol to class that Chinese food in Malaysia is the best is a misleading statement! It's hard to class Chinese food, because what you are use to in terms of Chinese food is most likely Cantonese food or Shanghaiese or Fujian or Sichuan. But there is heaps more provinces and counties in China that have much different Chinese foods. So to say Malaysia Chinese food is the best is misleading. What I can say is Malaysia and Singapore does better Hainan chicken rice than in Hainan province itself that's a fact. Even the Cantonese can't do as good Hainan chicken compared to Singaporeans.

You are right. I haven’t been to China so I can’t say. But it’s an unwritten law that Malaysian’s make all food better, right? 😉 Also I’m VERY excited to go to China soon. I don’t know when but it’s one of my top destinations. If I only had 3 days on my first trip to China, where should I go?

Why do I get this feeling that you are a scammer, trying to garner Malaysian subscribers as many as you can. Tell me that I'm wrong. Why do I feel that way?? Firstly, I don't think you have been to Malaysia at all. I have never seen any picture or any video of you in Malaysia. I browse through all your videos on Malaysia like the Madam Kwan's nasi lemak, the Deepavali celebration and the flight journey from Toronto to KLIA. Nothing look legit to me. Until I see you in a proper video, interacting with the locals, talking while walking on the locations ( so far all your talkings are in a room ), I won't believe you. i.am.a.robot. lol jk That’s for your feedback. I wasn’t going to make a travel channel, just a vlog. But I guess I decided to start posting travel videos too. On my trip I mostly have videos of Bali and Thailand because when I was in KL I was visiting family. And despite what it seems like on my channel, I am very shy. 🙈 Do you know how embarrassing it is to walk about filming stuff. Very. Even thought I plan on doing my travel videos differently on my next trip, I don’t plan on walking around and talking to random locals, as I find that intrusive. It is not my style. But I dunno what the future brings. I will have more videos of me in KL soon, but I have limited footage so I’m making it last till September and… well we’ll see where my channel goes. I just want to express that my channel is not a travel channel. It is a vlog. A vlog about me learning how to make videos and trying to navigate life. A vlog about some lost mat saleh who fell in love with Malaysia and wants to move there. But my channel isn’t about Malaysia. It is about me struggling to figure life out, like everyone else. Really? .. and the angle of the shots is peculiar. Look again, closely this time and you shall see. I have seen hundreds of videos by youtubers from all around the world, I can tell a genuine one no doubt .. but i'll keep myself open.
