I wonder if the tail lights were from one side to the other one would it look better or worse... Not a fan of one piece from the rear end: the exhausts. Looks like GT2RS wannabe but imho it doesn't suit the "regular" 911's.

Brilliant cinematography Luke - just amazing footage of what is such an icon - love the spec and 992 is a great update - made my day :)

This review together with Matt Farrah's were instrumental in my decision to buy a 992S. I've not been disappointed enjoyed my 991.1 4S but the new model is a big progression in so many ways. Absolutely love driving this machine hoping to take it down to the Alps via Bavaria in September/October where these machines excel on the twisty Alpine passes.

Love your content Luke, your cinematography is on another level! You deserve way more followers than you already have. Congrats and keep up the good work!

Oh my. Gorgeous car. And Your presentation of it, as always top notch.

Drove a 4S yesterday and agree that it’s epic fast, a manual GTS spec would be my choice, although that’s years off. Great video and as owner of Cayman GTS while surprised you want to sell already the GT4 would also be the only one I would get rid of the GTS for. Keep the videos coming - excellent!

You probably need a sun roof to mount the camera there. Great angle.

Your friend and I have exactly the same taste! So I am in love with his 911! Only difference is I would probably like to wait for the Targa version instead - there's something special about the Targa's looks that have always appealed to me. Like you, Luke, I love the back end design & the engine/exhaust noise suits me perfectly. Love that exterior color & the fact that the carbon fiber bits have been painted to match. What a beauty!!

Quality my friend quality. You and I both know that the Vette will be rattling by 40k. A tail or front light will burn out by 10k. Don't get me wrong I like Vette , but quality my friend quality.....

@M Heisenberg Did you just compere Porsche and Corvette,it is funny. First one is a super car, almost street legal track car, second one is just nice looking bullshit, just like Mustang, Camaro etc. Did you ask your self why one cost over 130 k$, and the others 30k $.

I was going to make this same comment... I wonder what cameras he uses, specially for those interior closeup shots.

I absolutely adore the way the intake sounds near the redline... it sounds borderline GT3! that metalic induction noise is just sublime! And i love the fact Porsche didn't use stupid TFT, LCD, LED or whateverand designed real clocks on it, not to mention the brilliant retro inspired design, reminds me alot of the 964 interior, all linear and straight lines, all in front of you... oh, i'm in love with everything about it.

The quality of your videos is very high, you deserve much more reach!

I love this video. You have a skill that others lack in theirs. If I’m ever lucky enough to own a 911, I feel the Carrera would be my ideal choice as far as a “practical “ daily driver. This color combination is spot on. Keep up the good work.

a really great car. I drove one last week here in Hong Kong, nice review Luke. well done.

Their launch control is a throwback to what we used to do as kids , power braking for racing starts. They still do it for warming up the tires at drag races. Guess that means you can't power brake a porsche to spin the tires.
