Another great vid, and yeah in terms of whole body sexual health + wellness I like how you framed the 'body parts' section of the video! Like it makes soo much sense. Before transitioning, I've only topped for cis women or those with female parts. As I start increasing my HRT and begin to get to more of a female physique, I am very lesbian oriented, but like you, am more keen on being a switch for my lesbian partner.
