I drove it hard back to back with the w12 which is so smooth but the v8 sounds very nice n rumbly.

Nice review and useful product information too. You make a Bentley seem like a useful farm vehicle for the average country gentleman, lords and ladies too!

I have an older GT. bloody great. Comfortable. Quick. Fun to drive. Everyone should buy one for a while in their life.

LOVE this type of V8 sound. Similar to SLR and SLS GT3 (louder but still).

@@TFJJ - Took me a moment to work out, but it seems it's the Daytime Running Light that goes out, rather than the main beam headlight. Many thanks for this. I'm not sure it affects me, at all, but it's just worth knowing. 👍

If I had that kind of regular deposable income, I'd skip the S version, as a standard V8 Continental would do for me.
