Why I Love My Firewood, A Gift from the Sun | Country and Cabin Life
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
I share why I love my firewood and its energy in my country and cabin life. From city to country/cabin life, I have had my share of pondering thoughts on firewood over the course of 2 decades. The energy I get from firewood is beyond the energy it provides. I hope you will enjoy my story and my vlog, and what firewood has taught me in living in the country- a gift from the sun.

Lesson learned!
I love the way you use everyday things, actions & objects, to philosophise on much larger ideas. I have learned so much from meditating with & on water; it has brought me to a deeper innerstanding & appreciation of myself & life in general. Thank you for what you do

Thank you for such kind words, they are fuel for me to keep going. I am deeply touched.
This 70 year old lady buys her split wood from a lenero( one who splits and sells firewood). some goes/gets randomly thrown into the wood casitas with open side and some stays out in the open to be used late in the season. An experiment this year. Stacking in the casitas invites packrats to nest and poop in the stacked wood. December 27th, and no rats.

I learned if there is a lot of light and air circulation, mice and rats don't like it. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you for the compliment and for subscribing my channel. It is encouraging for me to hear all that!
Alot of time and energy on wood burning and I also have a wood burner which is great. But why not insulate and you will free up time and energy for other creative endeavours like your temple garden!
