I just made the move from KW to eXp at the beginning of October. I was there for 8 years, and spent all 8 years on the ALC, and the last 2 years I was also on both the Regional ALC and the International ALC. So I was definitely plugged in, doing $10M-$15M in personal volume plus what my small team was doing. I left for many of the same reasons you did. Great video.

Thanks for sharing your experience at KW. It helps me in numerous ways as I look to re-energize my business.

I’m 25 and in the process of getting my real estate license. This is all new to me. I have someone that’s been doing this for years as a free agent wanting me to start with her. She’s never had a team before and says she can’t offer me anything, I’ll just be working under her learning the game. I’m wondering if it would be best to start with Keller Williams or if I should start with her. I feel like I would have leads with Keller Williams but, with her, she says it’ll be a lot of cold calling.

The brokerage shouldn't matter too much. I would get on a team that can offer leads and training. Most teams are not willing to do the work with a new agent to get them trained up! Where are you located?

Their agents threatened to kill me while using racial slurs. Then they got thrown out of the high end restaurant we were in. Ray and Jinaye Nasmeh (Ray and Jinaye Conley) out of California
