Church's Chicken is the only restaurant where I live that gets consistently bad reviews online and cussed out on the regular BUT the line stays long. Every day. All day. 😂

Right now you do the talking about family life, education goals, do fun and funny stuff like outdoor stuff... the pool with his friends/family; favorite food, old board games, whatever. Keeping the communication lines open between you two & one day he’ll find something that’s important to HIM to talk about. And reassure him that if there’s anything or anybody he wants to talk about, that you’ll be there. You’re a caring dad. Be his dad now and his friend later. Pre-Happy Father’s Day!!

I am in tears laughing Our 13yr old who was standing here said why did he have to crawl down the hall. I said because back then the kitchen was cleaned and closed for the rest of the night. There was no going in the kitchen in the middle of the night eating randomly. #TheGoodOldDays

Exactly! I remember when me and my brother were kids, our parents use to send us down South to stay a few weeks with our Grandmother for the summer. We were looking like crooks,🧐😧 just trying to sneak in the kitchen late at night on a scavenger hunt looking for something to eat! She wasn't broke but she never cooked enough and never bought very much.🤔 My brother finally asked my grandmother, "why don't you cook big meals like all the other grandmothers?"🤣 She was so done with him! 😂I was actually very proud of my brother for taking a stand! 🤣🤣 My dad made sure that he loaded up her refrigerator the next time we had to stay. 🤣🤗

Sounds like what Panda Express did to me after I ate their Honey Golden Shrimp I was in the hospital on Sunday night, returned Monday morning, met my surgeon Wednesday and was operated on by Friday. Churches chicken and Panda shouldn’t be ingested by anyone unless they want gallstones.

More than likely, the food wasn't wasted. They probably ate the food and he just starved. That's why he had to wait 'til everybody was asleep and then quietly sneak into the kitchen and fix himself a bowl of cereal.

Special bonus for me in this one when he mentioned King Vitamin cereal!? I remember it as a kid in the 70's. The box had a picture of a guy dressed like a king wearing a crown that had big gold spoons. That cereal was so sugary, it stayed crunchy in milk for a long time. I'll keep my eye out for more vids!

You couldn't have paid me to tell you where this story was was going in the beginning. But this is where I ended up👇🏾 Rickey: 1 of her fangas was missing and she did this... Me: hard silent laugh (opposite of the silent cry but the same technique) until out of breath, loud outburst of laughter, deep breath to laugh loud again, a sniffle and a hand fan to my eyes on an attempt to dry/ stop the tears from falling. 🤣 I'm so glad I'm liked at my job. Now I will proceed with the remainder of the video and definitely rewatch upon completion. Watch/ laugh/ cry / laugh/ repeat

November 13, 1982! You remember the date like it was yesterday! Some stories just stick with us forever. Having grown up eating it all the time, I just posted about my love for Church’s!

I remember those days... crawling down the hallway to the kitchen in the dark... I remember once when my great aunt came and stayed the summer with us. She made some homemade pear preserves. Me and my sister couldt wait until the next morning like were told we had to. We couldn't sleep we crawled kitchen and made toast with some of them persevers.

I feel ya brother. I quite eating chicken when was 9 & my mom sent me next door to the nursing home, to help make dinner for them. Lady had me help her outside and when she stuck the chickens head in boiling water and rang it's neck and turned it loose . It chased me around the yard! I went straight back home.

Had to watch this again too funny 🖐😁
