Good to see you back, and the massive development to the farm. I'm sorry to hear that your guy lost his life. That must have been a very difficult time.

Congratulation to recognize such important person in your crew! This is what I believe great leaders and friends does!

I still think about the farm a lot -- so glad to have had the privilege to work with Simon, Clay and yourself. I know you guys can adapt to anything, can't wait to see where you're at in 5 years time.

I’m so very sorry to hear of Simons death. Life is such a mystery. But I want you to know that while I was very sick - watching your videos always took me away from my troubles to dream of being on your farm. You have effected more lives than you possibly will ever know. And I deeply believe that someone so close to you like Simon - would very much want you to move forward. I’m sure it took some soul searching to do this video. Glad you are back.

So sorry for your loss man. It’s been a bad time for everyone the last two years, but to lose someone due to a car accident is way too sudden. I’m glad to see that you put your focus on your work. LOL he did the youtube thing so he could make a name for himself and his farm. Now that he has too much going on there is no time for the youtube thing. It is the evolution of success. Congratulations, it looks like you guys put in a lot of hard work, and are now receiving the benefits. My advice to you is to make sure you scale slowly, and by that I mean divert 20% of your cashflow to either alternative investment or liquidity. When my business blew up, we were growing too fast and I scaled too fast without doing that. When covid hit we struggled because of the drop in sales. Things are picking back up now, and all looks good. But if I had done that ONE thing we would have never skipped a beat. Have fun guys.
