Instead of replying to a comment, I made this video. I explain why I don't use functioning labels (like high functioning and low functioning). I also talk about the autism spectrum and give an explanation on how it works. This video is not mean to make the person who left the comment look bad, I just want to give my opinion.

I hate being told I’m “mild” cuz I have struggles and they do not feel “mild” in my everyday life.

I'm someone that others would consider to be "high functioning" or "mild." I got my autism diagnosis yesterday and I scored so high in one area that I am considered "severe."
